Very poor customer service response. We had ordered a frame for our tube lights. First of all, it took a very long time to deliver in spite of being based in the country itself. After the item was delivered, we found that the size was wrong, so we wanted to exchange. We had messaged them on WhatsApp and had informed them of this. They took a very long time to respond. Finally, we got a response and were told to send a mail to customer service. We had written a mail to them and had waited for a reply. They did not reply! We had called them regarding this and they said that the exchange validity had passed the date. I doubt they even check their mails. I was told that they will check with the team and call back. Guess what? They never called back! Pathetic and very unprofessional service. You are better off buying the item in person than ordering online from them.

The staff were especially helpful when I ordered the wrong size product for my home improvement project. They helped me find the exact replacement and were always in contact with me with updates in my return and shipping. I would definitely recommend them, especially Sonali as your main contact.

I received my orders of 2 packs of gloves. delivery was fast. I was always receiving status update and e-mail confirmations. the items are of good quality and as I expected them to be. I got a close coordination with their customer service and assured me of item specs and delivery. its my fist transaction. it was a good experience for me. I hope they will always do this kind of service.

I recently ordered a band saw. The order status was “processing” for 4 days and I gave them a call. It turns out that the item was out of stock. It took 4 days for them to figure out the item was out of stock and this was after I made the efford to follow up.Stock problems can happen however they should at least be able inform and refund right away so that I can look for an alternative.Poor customer service.

My item got damaged within 8 months of usage which was covered under 12months of warranty. They took the item and informed me there is no warranty on the item from warehouse. Had really bad shopping experience with them:- They advertised 1-2 day fast delivery, I placed an order with them, they charged my card instantly, now 10 days passed and the order status still showing processing .- They promised Free shipping on orders above AED 150, I placed an order for AED 427 and got charger for shipping.- There is no email support, you have to call them, but they never care to answer the phone.- Important parts of their website like shipping guide, Order Tracking does not work and linked to main page.- The have awful return policy. never seen a return policy like theirs in any online shop in UAE.- They have ZERO after sale service.- They have almost nothing in stock, they get the items from other and sell it to you, so they can not keep track of the stock for any of the items that theyve listed on their website.Since others had similar problems with them, stay away from this website.Update 8/12/2020: More than 21 days have passed since I placed the order on their website, I am yet to receive my items, they dont care to answer the phone or respond to emails. I would be very careful using this website. I ordered a printer and they took my money the same day but sent me no confirmation and my order was shown as Pending on their website. I wrote to them 3 times and got no reply and then I eventually got somebody to answer the phone (after numerous attempts) and they told me I hadnt paid. I stated that I had proof on my bank statement and that I was going to report them. They then called back and said I had paid but the item was now out of stock. This took over 2 weeks so either it was in stock when I ordered or they never had the item in the first place, I would NEVER use them again and would advise tou to use another website.

Its been a month since I bought two products and they send me an email saying that an item was out of stock, this being inadmissible, it was already available for purchase on the website, sending several emails and nobody replies, Im still waiting , I’m never buying from that site again and I don’t recommend it.
