More expensive than other buildings in the area even with the employee discount. Services arent fabulous and build quality of the physical building is moderate but not luxurious.

I’m so lucky that I have a excellent person that is so kind and helpful to process all the documents that I need even I’m not present. Im new tenant building number 4428.flat number 201.my air conditioner 15 days not working.always maintenance team come but nothing do my family and 2 kids in my apartment vert poor service plz finsh my matter 😢
