Visited All Barber,Very nice place and freindly staff.A little bit pricey considering its branch in Sharjah, but worth visiting.Enjoyed the atmosphere with the family.

Building management is very good, moreover clean appartments. But the issue is inside the flat there is no patch panel because some time cable issue is coming and root blocking issue

The security guard at day time was rude and how can you guys dont have sanitizers?? This is a violation and you want people to come and use your pen to register themselves and you dont help them.

A Good Place to stay / rent on SZR with good proximity to many things, although a bit expensive in current times

The reception was most welcoming me I mean very arrogant and impolite. Tonight 1st October 2020 at 10 pm, while visiting to pick my daughters from my friends house. He opened the guest parking and confirmed that I can stop for 2 minutes not more and in a very threatening tone he said: I am here watching you, 2 minutes not more this is for the guests. I said I am a guest and last time we stayed 3 hours following your same rules. Following this experience which reveales the landlords hosipitality policy and with my 32 years experience in Dubai real estate market, I will personally recommend all my sensible friends not to visit any of ENI or Al Kharbash properties nor to to rent any residence or any office in any if their properties

Should provide smart cards to the customers to open parking gate instead of one guy who drive all customers cars . Some people do not allow driving their cars due to some privacy. Hope driver does not insist to drive .A/C is too cold and found not controllable in some section , despite the winter time

Been living here for 11 years. Great location and neighbourhood. However, my visitors often struggle to find parking spaces

The tower is very hard to reach on foot and the main entrance is hidden on the backside of the building. Though when you do reach inside, the people at the reception are very helpful in guiding you. Inside the building doesnt look very nice or something, but it an office building. The offices are small...
