Ordered standard milk tea with pearl which was the signature of this Chatime. It tasted just like authentic Taiwanese pear milk tea. And really astonished to know there are so many franchises globally!

The best pearl milk tea in the whole UAE! If only the place is a bit more decorated, it would have been an easy 5 star. But the milktea is so good it can speak for itself!Also, Jun who served us, is very kind and courteous. We had a good talk and he gave us a lot of interesting ideas about Chatime products!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good bubble tea time in Karama and Satwa. However, we went twice and they did not have sagoo.

Should always have friendlier staff handling customers, if they require repeat business. Also, should add-in popping pearls of different flavours to their menu.

Arrived at 23:15 to find the shop completely closed.

The product is excellent however the location is not well selected. Shop is not that trendy designed but anyhow, you want to drink their famous pearl milk tea so it wouldnt matter that much.

It’s a typical chatime franchise. The location is in a working class neighborhood but that shouldn’t prevent you from coming. We never felt unsafe getting here.

Missing the old location near Bur Juman. You really need to go out of your way for your bubble tea fix. But, the taste is worth it.
