Not a very convenient and necessary structure, but apparently it was decided to build this pedestrian bridge to unload the flow of cars. The lifts are naturally air conditioned.

Disgusting structure, spending a lot of time crossing the road. I could not even believe that in Dubai in the 21st century they will build an overhead passage through a not very busy intersection. Doubtful way to reduce traffic jams. I think the problem of long waiting for a traffic light was solved by correctly adjusting the phases.
