This place is absurd, the customer service in this place is very bad. The attitude of the employees was very disrespectful and disappointing. I do not recommend anyone buying any dress from this place, very disappointing.

The shop is disappointed and the employees do not have respect and ambiguity in dealing with them, especially after they were paid a token. They did not like a comment from the customer on the required modifications, as if it was mandatory. I advise that no one is separated from them, because the tailor himself leaves the customer with a text and tells what is inA solution and I cant do anything and every time we return to the shop, they are not working what is required and the lining is not able to find the same colorVery bad treatment, even the owner of the shop did not respect us and left us half of the wordsWhen we had a problem with the dress, we complained to them to protect the consumerThe shop is really very disappointing ,staff is very rude and not respectful especially after paying the fees.They dont accept any comment from the customer for any whatsoever.My advice is not to tailor any dress there as their tailor is not understanding his own work and how to do it properly, he said that there is no solution and i cant do anything and left the customers in the middle of the room.They cant match the color of fabric under the dressEven the owner of the shop left us when we went to complain to him and we complained to the consumer complaint service .

Bad service and customer satisfaction is the last concern of the staff and the owner, not listening and respecting the buyer’s opinion, not committing to delivery, inaccuracy in size and quality. I mean you want to accept the dress as the tailor did and walk like a robot, tight, tacky, you don’t have the right to talk and change and smile from the female employees from the other.

There is no credibility in the delivery dates nor the measurements و🏻 And they left me unfortunately
