Last year, while looking outside your store, I was only daydreaming of wearing an Esposa wedding gown but now, I am able to! Because I am one of the privileged frontliners that was blessed to be offered a free wedding gown from Esposa.When my co-worker sent me their post about the free Esposa gowns for frontliners, I immediately emailed and inquired to them. Ms. Roula, their Manager, was very accommodating and kind when I messaged her, she said that they were the one who are grateful for the sacrifices of us frontliners.. I was deeply touched by her words, because being in the Frontlines wasnt easy but everyones kindness and gratefulness made things bearable and worth it. She was also the one who set up my appointment for the gown fitting and had been very prompt in answering my inquiries.On the day of my appointment, I came there earlier than the expected time and Ms. Faten, their receptionist, gladly lead me inside, offered me drinks and explained to me that I have to wait for a while for there was still a client inside. Then Ms. Faten came and took me inside with Ms. Lenie who helped me choose among those beautiful array of wedding gowns. When I finally picked my perfect dream gown, they even played a music for me in the background congratulating me for finding the right one for me. It was like a fairytale experience, I never imagined that I would be wearing an Esposa gown that I was only dreaming of before. Ms. Elsa, their tailor, was also kind enough to help me with the size adjustments and now Im gonna be coming back there for the final fitting and then I can finally take home my Esposa dream wedding gown!Im very grateful for everyone had been so kind and courteous even though my gown is free and there was nothing for them to gain. It was an overwhelming experience and I can assure that they would make a lot of brides achieve their happily ever after.Thank you Esposa for an elegant and super gorgeous wedding gown! My experience at Esposa Dubai Jumeirah was truly one of a kind. I’ve been to other places to find my dress but this experience was the most amazing. Marianne at was the absolute BEST to deal with. I tried on 4 dresses that I picked out and Marianne was very helpful, she took my critique and praise on each dress and then grabbed dresses that she knew would meet my needs. Not only were they so flexible with all the changes that I had to go through due to the pandemic derailing all our plans, they were extremely helpful and patient, especially the bridal consultant Faten who encouraged me to go for the dress of my dreams when I wanted to give it up for a simpler one due to the smaller wedding size. Esposa made my dreams come true, Rola the manager even gifted me my second wedding dress to wear as a cherry on top of an already wonderful experience.
