Nice designs, and they responded to my question on WhatsApp quickly. I asked if they had plus size dresses, but when I got there the assistant refused to bring anything larger than a UK size 8 and kept insisting oh we can make it fit. Bearing in mind I have a 36 waist and 48 bust, it was awful. She refused to tell me and just kept putting me in these small dresses, and she eventually just disappeared. So I took off the awful tiny dress she left me in, and walked out as she hadnt come back for so long. In short, didnt listen to me, didnt answer questions truthfully, was not helpful.

I got my dress from Aldaker couture and I had a great experience with them from the very first day. I fell in love with the first dress I tried there and because I am a very hesitant person, I went to other shops and tried other dresses but came back to get my dream dress. I wanted a very long train and the dress they had didn’t have one so they made a brand new one for me and it arrived quicker than the date that we agreed upon. All the people commented on the wedding day that the dress was amazing and I was very happy with my wedding photos because the dress looked wonderful in the photos. Special thanks to Mrs. Hoda and Mona who were helpful and supportive and I would definitely recommend them to any bride

Al Daker is the best Couture house I visit in Dubai, they have a big/vast collection of wedding and evening dresses.My first contact with them was a year ago while I was searching for the best wedding dress, they were all hospitable and kind. they helped me day by day to pick the perfect dress, tried as much dresses as I want and accompanied me step by step to choose the remarkable tiara and veil.I enjoyed every moment with the ladies during the provas, I dindt felt alone at all especially that all my family was in lebanon and they cannot travel here due to corona virus, and the Tailor Mona helped alot with all changes I want.What I mostly loved that they respect appointments, and every lady has her own time in the shop.a special thx for the kind Nisrine, she helped and supported me alot; and a big thx for Mr. Ayman the owner and the kind ladies at the shop.at the end I cannot imagine myself wearing another wedding dress, it was super amazing.I recommend Al Daker Couture for all brides, they fulfill all personalities and types, I dont think that any girl will not find her perfect dress in their shop in Dubai or AbuDhabi.

My experience here is just awful. They didnt prepare the dress on time. They cut it wrong. They refused to give me the refund. And the employee was very rude. They have nice designs but the service is horrible.

Had a long story with the store, after many ups and downs the dress wasnt adjusted properly as the inner buff skirt wasnt shortened properly as request and came loose preventing me from walking. Couldnt take 2 steps without stepping on it. It didnt matter much eventually since I had a very small reception with family only who joked abt me being short as the reason lol.

Through my long journey of finding my wedding dress, the ladies here gave the greatest help which i’ll never forget. They where soo patient, lovely and super friendly although I made a lot of changes in my dress and they kept calming me down whenever i was stressed out because of all the arrangements pressure and the lack of time. Not to mention that they finished everything ( changes and special requests ) on time. Also they gave me their honest opinion which was a great help in choosing the right dress for me.

I had the most wonderful experience today in AlDaker bridal shop, I checked some dresses and all of them were nice, they have many many models and suitable for all tastes, also the place ia very well decorated and the staff are very friendly.I was hesitated about my dress by They helped me a lot to decide by giving options and getting me the accessories to try it with the dress like the veil Nd the hair piece to see the full look.They also managed to take all my alterations with their lovely tailor and I cannot wait to try the dress after my alterations done :)And finally I want to give a very big THANK YOU to the amazing shop manager NESREEN, she is really more than amazing and very helpful and supportive , I felt she is my friend helping me out to choose my big day dress ❤️I do encourage you all to go and sure u will find ur dream wedding dress there 🙂

Such an amazing store with the best bridal collection I have seen in the UAE. I visited all the bridal stores in Dubai and tried almost 50 dresses but nothing beats the dresses Al Daker have at their store. I wish I didn’t even waste my time in other stores and went straight to daker from the beginning. The price points are very competitive and the designs are ultra modern.From a customer service perspective, Mr Ayman Daker who is the business owner is absolutely supportive. I visited the shops in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and my experiences was that the Dubai staff were more professional and less overbearing.Having said that, I’m very pleased with the service and care I received in the hands of Ayman Daker of the Dubai shop. He was very professional and patient, he actually listened to me unlike the AD staff.Because of the ongoing virus we had to arrange my dress remotely after I had my measurements taken in the shop. In the end, once the dress was finished, it had to be shipped to my home country. Mr. Ayman kept me well informed during this time.I’d like to express a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ayman for being a trooper about my demands and my blessings to the staff who made my lovely gown! Very friendly staff. From the time I picked my dress, up untill they finally packed it for me to take home, the staff was patient, helpful and listened to every change that I wanted. They even advised me on what style would look good on me. Michelle was very pleasant and helpful. There was another Filipina girl there but I dont remeber her name who was also very helpful. And last but not the least the tailor who really did her best to make the dress the way I wanted it.Will definitely recommend this place to other friends.
