Not the best place for alignment, they are not well experienced.Bought 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S from them, but after tire installation and alignment, my GLK 300 started pulling to the right. Returned to get it sorted out twice, but after many hours of fixing and road tests, they could NOT fix the problem and blamed my Steering. I told them I did not have this issue with my old tires before having them Replaced! They suggested I go to Gargash for steering calibration and also said it needed camber bolt changing, which they do not do. So after a friends recommendation, I went to another tire shop, Future Tires in Al Quoz, and after just 1 hour, they sorted out the wheel alignment / camber issue and in 1 Road test the pull to the right was gone. No steering calibration needed nor bolt replaced done. Saved me a lot of money. So be warned.

I had a good deal with tyres. Mr Febin and staff are very professional and warm. After sales service is also up to the mark, I can surely recommend this garage.

This is best tyre alignment and balancing place.I bought set of tyres from here and they did everything very professionally. Fitted a new set of tires purchased from Pitstop Arabia here, also performed wheel balancing and alignment. The staff were friendly and explained any questions I had. An adequate waiting room (as comfortable as you would expect from a tyre shop) was available for my family upstairs. Service was speedy, and reasonably priced. Would visit here again next time.

My car service was due, had crossed 670kms!!.It was a Friday and I was looking for places, and came across Mega fix in Qusais. It was a new place, hence I was a little skeptical!! BUT, I am so glad I took a chance and got my car serviced. The team was professional, the facility was clean and the owner Mr.Ahmad escorted me to the waiting area. Mega fix tyres previously known as Hankook are the best for anything to do with tires. Really good customer service and they do a perfect job everytime.. Have done wheel alignment n wheel balancing from then earlier when some other garages had messed it up and now got a good deal on news tires which includes free tire rotation every 10k.check them out!

Absolutely recommend Mega Fix. I changed 2 tires and did an alignment aswell as tire balancing for all 4 tires. They did a great job and were very thorough with the tire change and even used torque wrenches to check the tightness on the lug nuts. The staff were super professional and even helped me with something else I wanted to attach to the car. Kudos to Mr Febin Thomas aswell for being super friendly and accomodating. Will definitely be going back there for my next tire change.

Best part of the shop is Hunter Equipment, i have noticed tyre shop equipped with Hunter brand equipment has 100% result on consumer vehicle. This tyre shop never disappoints. Great and superb customer service, got my annoyign engine warning light fixed by these guys, they fitted in quickly.Comfortable reception with WiFi tea and coffee so it is worth the wait also in case you need to catch up on important work to finish too.All hygiene being maintained with proper sanitization.Kudos guys , not too many workshops available these days who look after the customers in this way.

I just visited them before 4months to check and replace my tyres and I met Mr.Febin The supervisor of showroom. He suggested me to drive for another 10,000kms and then come for change. I was surprised ,normally Sales peoples are more concentrated on business more than being honest.He was right and I came back after 10k and changed my tyres and did my oil service also. Replaced Battery& tyres and the alignment and balance was free of charge. Staff is experienced and they are using touch less technology for alignment which is one of its kind. It was done very quickly while i was waiting in customer lounge helping myself with coffee and refreshment. Great service i wish them All the best.

Service is great. They were arrange the exact spec tyre I needed which no other place could. I drove all the way from Ajman just to get it done from here. Contact Febin, he will help you out with the tyres with great rates. My painted rims were handled with great care while replacing the tyres. And the place is nice and cozy and very clean and professional. Not one of those cheap garages. These guys mean business.
