Love this store.. Its still nice to touch books, and their selection of toys & back to school stuff is also quite good...

Youd often wonder if book stores would do well in the digital age and guess what? This one does. Fabulous collection of books and great selection of quality stationery that does not feel like youre being ripped off. And the assistants knew exactly where Id find what I was looking for.

Borders has now become less about books and more about toys... great lego deals but if u are looking for book club reads.. theyre getting out of stock

A Heaven for book lovers and great place to find your first book whether you are 3 or 40.

Sometimes you find good deals, generally quite pricey compared to other shops that sells toys. On another hand I like the range of stationery items sold in the store. Lastly I like that they have a seating area for kids.

Big store in Ibn Batuta , with loads of books and toys. Towards the pricier side. But lots of varieties or genres of books. Good and helful staff. No hovering.

Very good place to pick up your favorite book. They have a nice reading area for kids before you buy. Will inculcate the habit of reading in kids from young age.

This is a nice borders to come to. The size of the site is descent, it’s definitely not the biggest though.

Earlier I have given it 5 stars, but today I am giving it one star due to workmanship shown by an attendent in Borders. I bought 3 gift and gift wrapping papers as well. 2 gifts out of 3 was nicely wrapped. But 3rd was wrapped very badly by some other attendent. She wrapped it like she was wrapping a Falafel. It was close to 10 clock and when I came home and saw it I couldnt go back as the shop was closed. And I had to give these gift next morning to someone in my office. Borders left me wit no other option but to say sorry to one I was gifting for poor wrapping.

I bought one remote operated toy car from here. There was nobody to guide in the toys section. For demo I have to pay, then only they will show us the demo. I bought batteries also for demo then I told them gift pack it with the batteries. They packed and gave me one another car that doesnt have batteries. Next day I gifted this to my cousins son and without those batteries car was not operating. Then after a lot of talkings with this branch through phone, they send the batteries to mirdif city center from there I collected. Waste of time for me and they lacks proffssionlism and zero customer management. I will not visit any more.

Im a regular customer there.. Love books and bookstores.. Borders has a good collection of books as well as school necessities for students.. Its close to Starbucks Cafe and has easy access from the parking

Wide varieties of stationary for all age groups. Amazed to see the collection, one of the best in DUBAI. This is not my first visit, in fact everytime myself or for my kid in need of some office or school supply. The BOOKS, wide range. Its my definate opt for any of such requirement.

The worst experience and the worst dealings with the customer in Borders Ibn Battuta Mall, especially the one who calls himself a store manager.!!! Very Bad shop and very expensive when you buy something no refund and no exchange as they mentioned on the bill.

Excellent staff and top line service

I started with trying to find water colours for professional artists.... No not available. Then I looked for professional pen for sketching. Not there. Paper for making such sketches. They have something which does not mention the paper type and GSM. And they are moulded in polythene wrap. So you dont know about the paper quality.This shop is definitely not meant for artists. Its just for domestic, home users and gullible buyers.Useless shop for me.

Service was good. I was trying to find a book about human anatomy, not to advanced, not to childish, and the ones on the shelf were not really good ones.Suddenly one of the attendants brougth two nice ones. They did the search for me.It can have more variety and amount of books instead of too many little thingsBut it was a nice experience, especially when paying, such book was with a discount of 50%. Fair enough

The staff is amazing... if you want help they help... if you want to browse they let you browse... the collection is great. I have always found something when I have gone there and have not been disappointed even once. Their reduced price section takes the cake! Borders has a really good variety if books at reasonable prices, but its so hard to find what youre looking for and staff are elusive at best and unhelpful at worst. They often point you to an aisle without accompanying you and if youre in a hurry, rather dont go.

I also bought an expensive Moleskine business diary for almost $50. It came in a sealed pack so I was not able to look inside it. When I took it home, opened it and prepared it to use. When I opened the schedule to plan my week, I noticed the business week is Monday to Friday which is useless as I live and work in the UAE. When I tried to return it the store manager would not accept it because I had written my name in the front cover. Even though I wrote my name, I was very unhappy because there was absolutely nothing on the cover of the diary indicating the fact that it was a Monday to Friday working week. The store manager refused to accept any responsibility, telling me I should have checked with the assistant before I bought it... Can you believe it!!!

Very big selection of books, stationary and school supplies. -I love that it is spacious, and you can spend time just flipping through books. The school bags are expensive, better buy those at Carefour or Naif area.

Good selection of stationery the books are good as well but the place was very unorganized and I was looking for a specific book and the staff was not helpful at all. I prefer ordering books myself online, they need help with managing their staff.Overall the place is huge and great for kids to teens as they have many books on their ages.
