Some restaurants , such as Flavours, have a separate buffet rate for the Entertainer 2for1 (AED 155) as opposed to regular rate of AED 125 per person. And the AED 155 does not include drinks.Yes you get 2 people for 155, but thats not exactly 2 for 1 is it? I have experienced this in several restaurants. 2for1 should be on the regular going public rate. Its 2 for 1. It should do what it says on the tin.I dont see The Entertainer doing anything about this.

The worst company ever.....ordered PIZZARO through the entertainer....1hr and 45 ins later nothing received....called them and waited for 17 mins to get hold of them.....talked to sharleen......checked the order and the their answer is... we had a technical error and we will prepare the order now and send it within 30 mins....2 hrs and 30 mins later.....NOTHING RECEIVED YET......why dont you call your customers to ask if they can wait for so long or cancel the order......very unprofessional .....only out to cash in your money and you can wait for your food.....DONT USE THEM PLS.

I made an order from Chili’s Mall of the Emirates and the food is not delivered after two HOURS!! The customer service (live chat) was horrible. I said I want to cancel the order but they can’t even do this abd they can’t return the vouchers! Definitely not renewing the package again!

2021 list of restaurants is very poor! Many good restaurants are not available now. If I knew that before purchasing I would definitely not purchase it.I recommend to check before purchasing as 2021 list of participating Restaurants is much lesser than 2020

Always check with the restaurant you are booking with that two for one on Friday brunch means that’s it’s on the packages you will be ordering. Poor customer service and inability to explain why offers as advertised are not honoured..

FRAUD BEWARE DON’T PURCHASE THISThe entertainer sent out hundreds of ads for their 2021 bundle.In an attempt to buy the early bird package I clicked on the 2021 ad link and made a purchase only to find out they they’re tricking people into clicking on the 2021 early bird ad only to sell them an expiring 2020 package once the payment had been done.When I approached them to understand the issue and clear it they were very unresponsive and helpful and unwilling to cooperate to the point where they wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager claiming he’s unavailable and wouldn’t give me an alternative means of communication.I have screenshots of my conversation with them an already processed a complaint to Consumer Rights Dubai.

The worst experience ever.These guys are horrible!Ive been trying to contact them ever since I have purchased my entertainer app in Jan.Sent emails/did live chats/called them directly and no one had ever answered!3 months after, I talk to this lady and she was the rudest on the tele, she wouldnt let me speak to any manager whatsoever.And When I asked for an exchange/refund, said we only have those available 30days after purchase.Well if someone had actually picked up the phone the 1st time, I wouldnt have been writing this!Biggest scammers, bought gourmet thinking Ill get an access to all the Dubai restaurants, turned out dubai classic gets you that! And gourmet is the fine dining package only. What the actually hell?! Why!

USELESS NEW VERSION: We used to love Entertainer, having bought all their products since the beginning in Dubai for many years. However, the NEW style of their app is both SLOW and LIMITED. We have decided not to buy this product again. I mean, what’s the point of having the app if it doesn’t work and constantly times out? BTW, I have the latest version of the app, so it’s just not good. In future, if it’s not broke, don’t fix it! We have just decided to use ZOMATO GOLD, which is so much easier and user friendly! Don’t waste your time on Entertainer anymore. They have gone downhill.

Took takeaway from Little Bangkok - DIP today. Used Entertainer offer of 25% on takeaway. Later i realized the Entertainer take away prices are 22-25% higher than restaurant menu. This is cheating. Increase 25% and give 25% discount. How can this be offer? I never recommend entertainer for takeaway. Its a rip off.

Worst customer service ever!!! I have been trying to contact them through their own chat for more than an hour now and with no luck, I talk to someone who asks for information, then asks me to wait, disappear and someone else show up asking me to wait and then they leave and so on.I bought the application but the offers its supp0osed to have are not there!!!

Delivery is not your area, so dont deal in delivery. The worst service for every single orders, delays, poor responses, cold food. If you are using a third party then go fix your SLAs or get out of business. Im out, never again.

I’d put zero one huge zero for the entertainer for 2021 version so many restaurants are cancelling their deals, others haven’t subscribed at all, I wanted to order a delivery from a restaurant near by but it was not accepting the delivery option anymore when I contacted them they informed me they have cancelled delivery option with entertainer because despite entertainer is benefiting from people when they pay hundreds of Dirhams to buy the apps they are also taking 15% from the restaurants when you buy the food so basically entertainer is the big winner in here customers are paying for useless app and deals and the restaurants are loosing money, so they are pulling out of this app day after day another restaurant is gone big no for entertainer anymore, such greedy business gets bankrupt fast!

Unfortunately, not at all what the initial concept was.- Poor customer service with lack of focus on solution for the client- 2021 bundles created without keeping the target audience or different segments in mind (not everybody wants to pay 500 AED to used enhanced bundle in Abu Dhabi )- Many of the good restaurants are taken off the 2021 UAE bundleI was retargeted with an offer of buying an Early bird bundle which actually was a 2020 offer which I already had purchased.

In December 2020 ( i received on social media ads an entertainer offer for the Dubai gourmet 2021) - and i decided to go for it - since it was my first time to join, I wanted to purchase (dubai gourmet 2021 and dubai classic 2021)Unfortunately, i made a mistake and purchased the dubai classic 2020* instead of 2021 in december -- and i didnt realize it until beginning of the year .(which I waited for to start using my entertainer).. However, when realizing my mistake i went to entertainer customer care on live chat to get some help, since they have access to my account.. and unfortunately Nimra Latif, did not put any type of effort in solving my problem. it is unfortunate that I though it could be something beneficial for the 2021 year- but I guess I paid more than 500 aed for nothing . Thank you Nimra for this disappointing experience and that fact that you did not even consider to help a newly joined customer.

I placed an order on The Entertainer. But my order has not arrived. I tried to communicate with The Entertainer live chat. I fought for this for exactly 1 hour. However, I could not reach. Charlie and the others did not answer me. I couldnt get my money. It is absolutely not reliable.

Useless . I stopped using it . I had basic membership in 2020&2021 and really does not worth buying .. most of restaurants increase prices than usual and deceive you that you are making saving by 2 for 1 .. Last 2 weeks i placed 2 orders from 2 different restaurants and have been rejected with no reason after long waiting time and on the same time it showed as claimed the offer !!!??? .. Customer service are helpless and actually dont add value if you have a compliant , that’s in case you were able to speak to any of them .

I am very disappointed with the entertainer 2021. Restaurants keep denying the orders. The delivery ones are mostly pizza and they also deny your orders. I wish there was some way to get my money back. I have been a client since 2016.

Customer service is so bad, i have spent so long writingy inquiry again and again, and every time they ask me to wait for a moment, and then chat expires and gets disconnected! I wrote my inquiry four times, and asked the last time to be contacted on my email, as it keeps getting disconnected, and she kept asking me to wait. Also the app is getting way too slow and keeps freezing.. not happy

DO NOT BUY AT ALL- I will not recommend this application to anyone to buy as the administration team is misleading and will never give you any benefit at the end. i used this for one year and they never give you what they promise. I wanted to refund and they start misbehaving...Had very bad experience

I tried several time to contact the company to complain about the new APP but with no luck, it is really bad and un-useful., since the latest update we cant find the restaurant that we want or do the search based on the location . i think if they did not do any thing regarding that, i will not buy it next year?

The moment you are in a mall or a restaurant where the entertainer can be used at that moment itself the app does not work. We end up paying full bill.The minute you step out of the mall or restaurant and try the app it opens in a second.Not sure if its a way to trick us into paying the full cost.

Not as great as it used to be. Personally i use the entertainer to save on dining out, and from that angle alone it was worth it. But they have been slowly separating the app and charging you extra for spa, fitness, adventures, drinks, even dividing food to dining and casual and charging different rates for them both. All this used to be under the initial membership fee, now they charge extra for almost all. I find this very frustrating and limiting, honestly i think the will begin to lose customer with all the new competition out like groupon, cobone, voucherskout, etc. Great start up business, but its losing its value and just trying to get you to spend more now.

Very deceiving information, after paying 415 Dhs most of the offers were locked i had only 4 vouchers for dining and i was told by the unhelpful online chat to pay another 415 to purchase the Dubai fine dining!I will raise an official complain with the consumer rights department.

Edited, it’s value for money, however I still hope they consider more options, will purchase again next year.Just purchased now and regret it, this year Yummy Belgian Waffles and Pascal Tepper not included, my kids love to go both places, as checked now for a minute after purchase, likely many good offers will not be there as last year, every organization gets better than last year but here getting low on choices.

Because of their useless help I have paid 400 DHs on product that doesnt really suit me. instead they Just dont clearly provide information to the users. Very shady sales conditions , I end up paying for what they call it a fine dining category subscription (55 $) and for my buffet at the chosen restaurant (48$)..but they don’t tell you this and I don’t know why they don’t make it clear that they have a fee 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻After all they sent me an email says ( it’s over between us ..for now)They asked me to buy another subscription to be able to use unlimited offers ..If this is the case so better to pay for the Restaurants instead...

The live chat is the worst after sales team I have encountered! The customer service will make you wait for 20 mins, then at the end, he will just say that theres an issue and wait for 48 hrs to get it resolved! Nathan and Jim are completely incapable support agents. I suggest if you encounter them, ask for another one. They dont know what they are talking about.

Good way to save money but only works (almost) perfect for the foods&drinks. Never able to use the hotel bookings because when you contact the hotels, they are giving you a price for one night room same as two nights and you dont save anything!! Never able to understand the how restaurants choose their MAIN MENU word by their own understanding - specific choices. Was never able to reach them via phone neither e-mail. After 2 weeks of trying i found somebody on the CHAT! he couldnt helped though, because they take care more about their real customers, where the money is coming from is restaurants, cafes, companies, services etc...

I ordered food for delivery with the new app. My credit card was debitted so I thought I ordered the food obviously. I was told to expect food in max 1 hour. After 1h15 as I had did not receive anything I called the restaurant who told me the ordered was never placed with them. So here I am, with no food to come and no food at home. I obviously asked The Entertainer to explain what happen. Very simple: as they could not get hold of the restaurant within 5 mn they rejected my request, they reversed apparently the payment to my credit card but as it is an autonated system I was not notified. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I was told you need to track your order on the app to check the order does go thru. First of all I did not know, secondly I do not want to spend the evening on my phone tracking an order.

Peace be upon you, I subscribed to the ENTERTAINER 2020, the restaurants were beautiful and varied, and I decided to subscribe to me, my family and my friends, but I was shocked at the ENTERTAINER 2021, all the beautiful restaurants, Papa Johns Luca Steakhouse, Krispy Kreme, and many many others, but today when I went to Tamo Dammam restaurant, he did not serve me In the presence of the ENTERTAINER because of problems between the company and the merchant, but where is consumer protection today, I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and Trust in the law. I will recover my right and please do not delude the subscribers of the site. Unfortunately, it is a beautiful and exceptional site, but it needs more attention.

The application of discounts is great, but some of the participating parties are not cooperative, and when a complaint is submitted to Inter Tener, there is no quick response because they ask for the official’s phone number, and this is sometimes difficult to obtain. We hope that there will be a hotline to clarify the problem for the Entertainer team
