The staff are really nice. I cannot recommend it enough. The food that they offer are good and the staffs are very friendly. Live music is really nice, they went to our table and sung all of me because it was our wedding anniversary. I strongly suggest to go straight to their website to book instead of going to any booking sites. You can also ask for a good seat after you book online. Over all 5/5. Thank you!

It was okay, the crew did not give much detail in what wed be going to see. They crew was polite and worked to serve. Relaxing yatch tour. The other customers on the trip were somewhat rude, sho that was dealt with.

I would definitely recommend the 90 Minutes Speedboat Tour: Marina, Atlantis, Palm & Burj Al Arab by Xclusive Tours from Marina. Its a great way to view and capture Dubais main landmarks from sea. The speedboat was in good condition and the staff with us were friendly and very informative and it was open boat so they also breifed us on the safety part before we boarded the boat as we had our 11 year old son with us. They also offered their help to capture the candid moments at few main stops like Atlantis amd Burj Al Arab. The pick up point is easy to find as mentioned on the ticket confirmation email. I opted for 3:30 pm start time. The only concern for us was the sea condition, although we were warned that sea was rough that day. So check the weather and timings before booking. Trip was a bit bumpy and the sea water sprinkled on us few times cause of that but they handled it well. The speed and some of the sharp turns made it more adventurous. In short its a great combination of thrill and fun. Specially My son enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Go for it.😊👍

Nice experience. Board the hispeed boat from pier7 behind marina mall. The trip was nice. They will take you around the palm jumaira area. It is quite bumpy ride, not suitable for small kids or elder. Recommeded.

This was amazing cruise, two hours with BBQ dinner.

The food is average not great but ofcourse recommend to have salmon. I have added the pictures of the surroundings around. Spots that you can see is Ain Dubai, JBR, Marina walk.. its nice for couple dates or celebrations.

Speed boat tour. This was one of my best experience over Dubai. I enjoyed every single second of it. The staffs were nice. My suggestion is, One should definitely try this while on Dubai.

Our first visit to Dubai in October 2019. We chose to pre book our excursions. We opted for the Xlusive Cruises Sunset Yatch Dubai Marina Cruise. We booked via WhatsApp which was very convenient. Pre booking is necessary and ensure to pre book in advance if possible to get top deck seats as these are get booked up fast. The customer service was excellent and the staff were polite. The food selection was not great and I would have preferred some kind of entertainment on board, however we still had a good time. I would definitely recommend booking with Xclusive Tours.

We thought of booking a good cruise for dinner on 25th December- in spite of Rates were so high :-(We ended up wasting our total money.NO live music/ performance, Total cold food - my mistake we cant call it a dinner also - it was a just a buffet breakfast - pasta, boiled chicken, salads, bun and topping was bitter Tomato soup, and they call this 5* International menu.Never in our life we had such a bad experience anywhere.The cruise went till Dubai Ain Dubai -U turn and then again U turn near the parking foolish ride. No entertainment and no proper food.Toilet were also not clean. I am sure the review that are there on other browsers are their own reviews.We complaint this to the in-charge and on whatsapp and we still didnt hear anything from the xclusive yacht teams. So they are not bothered also.I strongly request all DONT select this ride at all, save money.

Worst customer service ever- booked the boat tour for 2pm and arrived at 2:03 the guy was rude and said the boat left. The manager was not helpful at all and said our tickets are wasted. Paid all that money for rude customer service. STAY AWAY from this company. Just down the pier was another company that was really nice and gave heard our story and gave us discount just to make us feel better. But this boat tour operator is poor.

This ride was exciting beyond our expectations and excellent value for money.! A thrilling high speed ride with high speed turns was promised and we were not disappointed! We went as a party of 8, family and friends, everyone loved it! I would definitely recommend to try it out..!!!

Great Experience with Xclusive Yachts!!! This trip is must do while in Dubai! So much to see! the guide was brilliant and very entertaining! We did this trip for 3 hrs and now wish we booked for longer! The sights were beautiful and amazing to experience! The boat was at a 5 star standard! Overall nothing to fault! The tour itself was 5 stars, the communication piece between the company and customers was a 1. I called before my your 9 times in the span of 40min to ask about directions, nobody picked up. Missed my trip. They put me on the next one, but I just waited and waited and waited. 2min after or scheduled departure I asked what was happening. Nobody felt it was worth telling me that they cancelled the boat. I was standing in line by myself. They could have told me, I shouldnt be the one to ask. They saw me standing there. Then they had the audacity to tell me, the good news is you will get refunded. Thats not good news, their inability to communicate ate up important time. They promised the next trip would happen, I already lost 2hrs of my life whats another 1hr...did it begrudgingly. I asked of they had restrooms and they directed me to a restaurant where I could get a diacount. Needless to say, wrong again. No discount on my food but there was a bathroom. They are just messy. They didnt understand I had 3 days in Dubai and about half of one of those days I was trying go get on the boat. Great tour but not great enough to make up for my wasted time.

Highly recommended, I booked a 90 minute speed boat tour once around the palm island to Burj Al Arab and back for around 35 euros. The guide tells all the places worth seeing and takes pictures of everyone.

100% recommendation! - First drove slowly through the marina and then with speed around Dubai The Palm to Burj al Arab and back again. A great experience - the guide explained well and provided us with water during the ride.

The 2h Yacht Tour is great but its shared with other person so its not ideal because we had 10 screaming and crying children who pee on the floor during the tour

A very cool tour of famous places in Dubai, such as the Atlantis De Palm and Burj Al Arab. We were received on the red carpet, which made it even more fun. The boat goes very fast and the guide told fun facts about the places we passed. Definitely value for money and a fun activity to do in Dubai, especially on a hot day it is nice to tear over the water with the wind in your hair.

Great company! We took a large boat for an individual walk with the family, made a decent discount for a walk in the morning, everything is excellent, from meeting the team on the red carpet to attentive service on board, the company has a large fleet of both huge boats and pleasure boats, we were very pleased. We recommend visiting them in Dubai 100% !!!

We did the sunset tour of an hour and a half and it was great. On the boat you have your table with tablecloth and drink like a restaurant. Very romantic music and also live music. The sunset from the Dubai Navy ship is spectacular and also has a buffet included that we do not use. Special mention was made by his agent James Stalin who advised us at all times and accompanied us to the yacht, my wife was in a wheelchair and was not an impediment. Highly recommended

Good and fast way to look at the city from the side. The heat is not felt, but I recommend to apply sunscreen, take clothes with long sleeves and sunglasses. On the cruise give water, there is no toilet on the boat :)

Would definitely recommend this boat trip around the palm tree and you will get really close to the sail, 7 star hotel ... cool trip with lots of speed and excitement. The 2 guides are very professional and provide an experience of a lifetime ... We had children up to 8 years old and everyone thought it was mega fun. Book clearly with them here, so you also save 30-40% compared to other providers.
