One of the worste experience in my life, probably is one of the worste decisions in my life after i went to them.1. They gave me a list with all the spare parts that i have to change and i asked the reason to see why i have to change and all that i got is as per the company policy we have to change it. I said that i will go to another service and i don t need their service, but they told me that i have to sign the report with their recomandation and that i refuse their service so in case a future buyer come to them to ask questions they will show that paper to him.Practically my decision was or it will be very hard to sell it at low price or i pay what they ask so i had to go for their service instead to stay with the boat on my head.2. I asked for tests(wich i paid) for the parts that they want to change.Test results :- from 12 valves that i had in the quotation only 2 i had to change- from the rods they asked in their quotation only 1 or 2 for change, but the tests showed clearly that 7 were bended- they wanted to change the manifolds, because they have to, after their mechanic checked he say very clear that the manifolds are good and don t need any change.PRACTICALLY THEIR QUOTATIONS ARE BY GUESSING.3. I kept that boat spotless but there noo, even if i had 2 covers for that boat, even if i asked them in multiple time to cover it still no interest, i went there my boat was in sun and exposed to sun, and my white upholdsterry full of grease and dust. After 2-3 ignored emails they responded with appologies. I had to take out all the vinil covered elements take it in my bathroom and clean it, still that grease i couldn t take it out. I had to drop my boat price because of that.4. After 8 months i had 3 tests on water with them, all FAILED alarm started engine overheated, oil pump failed, no oil pressure.Finally in the 4 th test the boat run.5. Next week i go on water alarm started my engine stopped someone come for me and tow me to the shore. THEY GIVE WARRANTY FOR 3 MONTHS, after i pay that over priced amount of money. I take the boat to them, response without checking anithing aaa is the oil pressure, they changed the sensor and surprize WITH THE ENGINE IN WARRANTY they asked for 600 aed, 100 the sensor and 500 for 1 MANHOUR. Of course i refused to pay, Mark the manager called the driver to block my boat, he was affraid that i will take it like this, but my boat was in their yard with closed gates so how i could take it???I told him to give me the bill sign and stamped, to take the sensor out from the boat and give my boat back. It was written in my invoice that i have 3 months warranty, i have vocal message from Mark that my engine is in warranty and that my manifolds are good. I ve told him that i will go to complain and his response was so what, go and complain you think that you are the only one that is complaining, everibody is complaining and nothing will happen, there are bigger people involved in this.YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT SERVICE THEY HAVE IF THE MANAGER IS TELLING TO THE CUSTOMER THAT EVWRIBODY IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM AND HE DIDN T Had ANY PB WITH THIS.I told him again to take the senzor out, give me the sign and stamped bill and open the gate to take.my boat out. He called his managers, refused to give the bill. He start to negociate like in the market that they will leave the sensor fixed but i have to sign a piece of paper that i don t pretend the warranty any more for engine. With the engine in warranty for 3 months off course i refused. Finally after a few calls to his managers and my boat blocked in his yard they agreed to leave the sensor in and release my boat and i sign that they changed the sensor for free.6.i take the boat on water, again alarm engine overheating, again towing.Xtreme marine changed the wrong partI went to another mechanic, he took the boat on water, change the thermostat(already included in XM bill) pb stopped.7. Even the oil levels(this i paid them separate of the 16k) were not checked i bought all oils and complete the levels.

Very big workshop

Took my boat there and paid for a overpriced service because it was told they were good and I wanted peace of mind since I’d take my family on the boat. After all service was done I took my boat out and realized MANY “checked” items were never even touched and items they said they changed it was never changed or looked. Had to pay the mechanics at the marina AGAIN to do what I had paid this terrible company to do. I Don’t recommend them. Scam.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM !!!!I have had the worst experience when I called them to do a computer check on my boat .1. Never on time2. Complicated booking procedures3. Technicians lost gear box oil lid , spent 3 hours delay to find it and never did.4. They have promised to send a replacement one next day , someone called and said he is a customer and they have left my lid with him to collect it from . He was in Un Suqim 4 and my boat is in Dubai marina , so I have had to go all the way to collect the lid.5. They have called saying that the computer had issue and they couldn’t print out the report so they need to redo the test.6. The worst thing was when I have started the boat the panel was not working , no gage was working ... I have called them and they said they will send a technician to check and they never did so .7. No mater how many times I follow up they don’t care.8. I have paid them 525 Dhs for a simple test report was supposed to take 30 mins, it cost me a week of Daly and triple of this to Electrican to fix their mistake.
