It was a very cool tour. Very good Hardware and a very very nice guide. We have time to get the jetski right. He gave us the opportunity to turn several laps on his own at 3 stops and jump over the waves. He answered every question very competently and made by us with his phone even photos and videos. The price disservice is unbeatable compared to the other providers. Free Water Bottles included HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This was the first time in Dubai and my husband and I had a blast! We went on the 1.5 hour excursion on jet skis and got to see The Palm and Atlantis. We were the only ones on the excursion, so it was very personalized. Unfortunately there was a huge construction boat in front of Atlantis, but that’s no fault of theirs. Nonetheless, views were amazing. The staff, Krista and Dill (sp?) were great from the initial interaction and all throughout our experience. Would definitely go back and I can’t wait to try fly boarding next!!

It’s my second time here in Dubai and after visiting all the landmarks my very first task in my bucket list is having enjoyable time at La Mer beach. Apart from being the newest beach spot in Dubai, the main reason to come back here was huge variety of motorized/non-motorized equipment and one of a kind customer service I got from Watersports staff. My gratitude to Julia for professional account handling and ability to inspire, since it is quite challenging to fully enjoy the activities without proper instructions.

Cool ambiance and amazing staff. They give you a detailed briefing before heading out to the waters. New equipments, with experienced instructors. Highly recommended for Tourist, nomads and residents to visit the place and check this out. A boat tour and jetski excursion will give you a thrill upon seeing the BEST VIEW OF DUBAI.

A perfect activities for adventurous and water sports lover. Weve been here with my family and friends and we really enjoy the water sports activities specially the pedalo and jet skis. It was so much fun and the staff are accommodating. We highly recommend this. One of the best watersports spot in UAE.

We had the worst experience ever. A very rude female staff that was not professional and was throwing rules that did not make sense and when we asked about a copy of the rules she said these are her rules. We are 4 families and we were trying to have some activities with our kids and trying to find the most convenient. She was rude disrespectful even to other customers she was giving them orders and making fun of them for not understanding her. You just lost 4 customers and you will lose more if you keep such staff. Good luck

Worst customer service! The filipino lady staff in the Watersports of South Beach doesnt even know what was her job at the first place, its not understandable and I will not recommend my friends or family to experience that unsatisfying service. She is so rude.

Bad experience with this renter the sea we were a family of 4. Planes rented for 30 minutes a pedal boat after 17 minutes we began to stress and forced us to return after 20 minutes is a joke! 110dhm for 20 minutes! I was going to take other activities! Never again at home! I do not recommend, it is not serious and not at all in line with the quality of beach and services offered elsewhere!
