So anyone who is looking for an amzin adventure, fun and excitement you should try shark jet ski. The owners are so friendly nice and welcoming. The staff is very professional, mmodating.they treat you like Vre of you. The prices are reasonable and I promise its definitely worth a visit. A day to remember. Thank you Team shark.

I want to share my horrible experience.The 2 captains that accompanied 4 of our jet skis were super unprofessional. Instead of keeping an eye on us while we were near Burj Al Arab, they jumped into the water to have a swim and when we returned after our trip back to the land they lied that we damaged their jet ski.Instead of offering a solution, they kept saying “this is a big problem” until I told them to call the Dubai Police. That seemed to put them off because they were hopeful of getting some cash out of us. They thought we were some random tourists, unfortunately for them we knew the law well and our rights, so we were adamant that they should call the police.They also kept saying “jetski will need to go for repairs for 1 week and they will lose more business because of us” i believe they were not aware of the risks involved in running a jet ski business, and if they cant handle the loss, then they should just stick to something they can run, like a grocery shop (hopefully they can handle that stress)Upon arrival of the police, the police spent their due time investigating the situation and the three questions that were asked were1) did you see the accident happen? Their answer was no2) did you take any pictures before giving the jetski to us? Their answer was No3) if there was a crash with another jetski, why is there no damage on the other jetski? Again they had no answer to this.Finally, the police said to the managers, that it was their fault that they were not vigilant enough. Instead of jumping in the water to swim, they should’ve kept an eye on us.This entire ordeal took 6 hours of our valuable time, as we were traveling back to our country the next day. Thanks to Dubai Police who helped us solve this situation, i can just imagine what other tourists may have done in this situation.
