Completely untrustworthy!! Dont waste your time with them.The guy sitting at the kiosk assured availability of when we wanted it and took us walking for almost 1 km for viewing only to tell us that there is a guest inside and we cant take a look at it from inside. We had 2 kids aged 2 and 4 walking with us all the way only because we were told that we will get to view the yacht and the same one will be available also.Upon returning without viewing the boat, the other person from the same company confirmed that it is not available also for the slot that we wanted. So, 30 mins of walk with kids in the hot humid weather, gone futile!

This is the second time Ive ever written a review. My husband and I booked a yacht at First Yacht through the Burj Al Arab hotel. The yacht that we were put on had a broken air conditioner. We found one small room on the boat where we could find a little bit of air flow while the captain took us back to the cabin. In this room we found several roaches which you can see in the picture. We had booked this boat for 4 hours. After one hour of being so hot and realising the air-conditioner was not going to work we asked to be taken back to the dock. The company refunded some of the money for the time that we cut short on the boat but since we were trapped on the boat with no air condition we felt we should have been better compensated. Really it was a horrible waste of time.
