Not recommended to deal with them at all !the staff are like a gangs! creating stories ,lies and irresponsiblethey promised to deliver the samples they took from my house before Ramadan and today we are in 23rd of Ramadan and they dont deliver everything! As a routine process if theres a delay from supplier he will try to satisfy the customer by discount or credit note while the respective GM and sales staff hold the items and doesnt want to deliver before we settle the remaining amount ( i paid 70% in advance before they collect the sample even ).Even their GM is careless and doesnt care about what is going on with his team and the promises they gave to their customers and their rating in google!.to be continued !..

If you are looking to have curtains in your villa please avoid this company. The sales person takes the order, takes the payment and then cannot deliver as agreed. Caused me such trouble along with moving. They have nice fabrics but terrible service.

Nice quality of furnitures and customization

Very bad experience and very rude staff. They installed wallpaper and it got white lines everywhere after few months and they’re asking us to pay for fixing it. Very bad service and after sales support.

Very rude staff specially Emanwella who doesn’t know any thing about fabrics or curtains.prices are joke comparing to the service you get.although they have nice fabrics but they don’t know what to do with it.Very late service . Poor sewing quality. They manipulate you to pay more money that is there only target.i regret that i went there or deal with them one curtain cost me more than 11 thousands and i will order take my junk to take it .

Very rude staff, they do not come through all false promises. Very bad sales person service each sales person doesn’t know what we discuss with the other one, no sense of communication between them.It is extremely expensive for no reason, they did a full quotation of 49,000 dhs without us even picking the fabrics, how is that even possible.All I can say that they are rude beyond explanation, they keep whispering to each other and then give you more false promises.

Unfortunately we thought that this shop was professional, but unfortunately the service is very bad, as the employee did not follow up on the order and no one was sent to take the measurements, and also in his absence, the interior designer was contacted several times and she did not follow up on the issue, and in the last attempt several voice messages were left to call back As no one from Warda store called back, bitter experience and bad service by the store staff and indifference to customers, I advise everyone to stay away from this store as there are a lot of curtains and decoration stores in Dubai who are welcoming and actual attention to customers.
