Shutters ordered back in July 2020 with the promise it will be installed latest by mid September. We still have no idea where our deposit went or if we will ever see these shutters. We are trying to get our money back but the owner is irresponsive and when we catch him he is extremely rude. This is by far the worse company we ever had to deal with, I cannot believe they are still in service deceiving other customers. Be aware that if you order with them, you might as well just throw your money out in the street.

Probably the worst company when it comes to service . They impressed us with large selection of materials and how swift they were to come and take measurements but it stops right there. Not returning calls, not answering messages , lying and over promising . From 8-12 weeks it went to 24 weeks and still not delivered . They keep rearranging the dates , give you notice last minute . Will not recommend to deal with them
