Great Job done! Amazing customer service! They did a fabulous job understanding our specific requirements and taste and delivered accordingly. We got the curtains stitched, sofa upholstery and the wooden flooring for the rooms. Very pleased with the outcome. The flooring has been done very neatly. The sofa looks completely brand new and the curtains look amazing. Our house feels so fresh and revamped! Thanks to Al Noor for all their effort!

Noman came home for a bit to understand our taste and likes/ dislikes, saw the house, took measurements and then came back at a more convenient time with samples to choose from based on our taste and home. And he delivered within few days. Curtains look amazing! Great taste, passion and pride for the work they do. Highly recommended!

I bought curtains on 23rd of march the noman came to mesure our windows same day took 1500 dhs deposit askd for the recipte he dint giv us and then he installed it on 4th of april took remaining 2000 dhs without any bill again when asked he said the bill is at his shop and he forgot and he will provide it but failed to do so and then on 5th of april the curtains was not the same item as orderd it was suppose to be black out curtains but it wasent so i asked him to fix it or refund me my money he sent his workers on 6th to take the curtains back and promised to fix it within 2 days it was untill 13 of april still not done he stopd taking our calls i went to his shop to ask for refund and removal of thier remaining curtains bcoz it is very uncomfortable to live in the house without incomplete curtains , he wasen talking to my calls directly he made his wife talk to me at the shop and shes unaware of anything or couldnt give proper answers and started to get emotional out of nowhere and blaming me shouting when she should understand im upset for the inconvience they caused us for so many days and kept asking for more days so i calld the police to solve the problem the police asked them to provide the bill they refused to giv it same time and promised to get it fixed by 8pm same day along with the bill the police adviced us to wait untill that day so we did after that they sent thier men same day at 10pm in the night without any prior notice or ringing the lobby bell and came directly to our door with again the wrong curtains which again 1 of them 2 of the curtains are still not black out and started putting it on the windows without my permission and overcharged bill of 6721 which indicated 3121 is still the balance which is a fraud to us we asked them kindly take ur curtains back and refused to do so and gave us the bill and ask us to pay the remaining ammount we called the police again to help they said i should bring the curtains along with me to thier shop next morning at 10am and also asked us to file a complain to dubai economy depratment for the fraud because it is really uncomfortable to be without a curtain in the house its been almost 3 weeks and they not refunding us back our payment MY SUGGESTION TO ANYONE WANTS TO BUY FROM THEM KINDLY ASK FOR A BILL THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL WITH THIER COMMITMENTS AND VERY RUDE , AND CAN BLAME YOU FOR ANYTHING ,REST ITS INDIVIDUAL CHOICE GOOD LUCK Untill this day i dont have curtains neitha he paid my ( 3400 ) dhs hope my experince help other people to choose wisely where you buy and whom you buy from i suggest rather buy from a respected company rather then jus anyone thankyou ...

Nice selection of different fabrics. Has the widest variety of majlis materials I can find in the area. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend checking their selection before you make a decision on fabric.
