I used Mama & Maid for nanny service. Kalpana was very professional and took my kids safety very seriously. She strictly followed my timetable and supervised my child. She played games with him. I also requested her to help me with house cleaning and she obliged.Luella from the office was very accommodating of all my sudden requests without a frown. She sent nanny on time every time. I could go to work without delay.Highly recommended for their professionalism and service. I didnt have any reference, I just found them through Google search, Im happy to have found them.

We are extremely happy with the services provided by Mama and Maid. The whole process of getting a babysitter was done with such ease and fast enough. We hired Mary Joy as a baby sitter and her personality is commendable. She was excellent in supervising our son and loving and caring at the same time. Having hired her has made us feel overwhelmed with joy as she made us feel very comfortable and took charge of everything with confidence. Had asked with materials cleaning and the cleaner comes with no materials. When I call them then they don’t respond to rectify . Please don’t use their services as this is my 2nd attempt and both my experiences haven’t been great l.

Communication with the lady operator on the phone was difficult and I found her rude with an attitude for no apparent reason. I asked 2-3 times if I could try a different cleaner - because the appointed one was ironing okay but not really cleaning to my satisfaction - and the operator said yes, but then end up sending the same cleaner. Then on WhatsApp, the operator was also ignoring all my messages and requests. I felt they want me to work with a specific cleaner, by force, and I didn’t like so decided to stopped employing them.

Aiza has been our cleaner for nearly a year now and I am so grateful to have found her! She is a superb cleaner and does the best ironing I ever had in the past! She gets on with work with focus and care. And she brings sunshine energy with her smile and her constant contentment. I recommended her to my son and his wife who also love Aiza and are so happy with the quality of her work.

The team first of all send the cleaner to a different location after sharing the right one through WhatsApp ... 45 mins later then the schedule time the cleaner arrives and with rude behavior is shouting at us asking are we new in Dubai and why are we giving wrong address. This is a mistake from their end and the ladies behavior was very rude and unprofessional

They are one of those companies: Great the first time, not so good the second time and all downhill from there. The management seems to be overwhelmed by dispatching. The maids are ok, if you tell them every single little thing... yet, they left my wash basin like this ( see picture) and that may be ok for many people, for me it is not....

Kristine and Jollibee do my house cleaning and both are very professional. After their every visit my house looks spot free.

Professional and precise with cleaning. The helpers are very good at what they do & dont need to be mentoring. But at times they are unreliable with there staff & last minute cancellations.

I made it clear to the lady handling the booking from the first time, that i am looking for a long term commitment with the same cleaner. They sent her Clarissa for two times and starting from the third time excuses began. Either she has to go home early and cant continue 3 hours or she cant come at all. Last time they made it clear she has to extent with another cutomer as she is baby sitting! And they will send different cleaner. .The lady handling Whatsapp is so bad in customer service and she doesnt know how to organise the appts, it was obbvious that this is commercial company that doesnt care about cutomer satisfaction.I dont recommen this company at all.

Very Professional and good. Of course details depend on the girl they send, but also on your instructions. I also ask sometimes for a babysitter and then they send someone with kids experience. I wouldnt take the bad reviews too seriously. I have had more than 10 different girls in last few weeks and they were all amazing (and im picky on cleaning and childcare).
