I ordered fish biriyani, Quantity is ok but taste is not like biriyani ... Need improvement on Taste

Great tasting BiryaniI tried the chicken seekh kebab Dum Biryani and the Biryani was really very tastyI want to call out the very juicy and very flavourful seekh kebab that melts in your mouth.I am sure to visit this place again and soon

Food is great and so is the ambiance. The area isn’t too good but that isn’t their fault. Unfortunately they don’t have soft drinks and they get them from the supermarket nearby. But overall it’s a very good restaurant and I advise you to go try it.

Good ambiance, good spread of food, but service is an issue as the waitress dont know the cuisine and are not able to suggest food

Biryani was average, could have done better with the flavours as they were too subtle. This place is good to take your non Indian friends for a taste of (non spicy) Indian food.

This is simply failure.Visited with really high hopes.Ambiance was 10/10 5 starStaff was neat and politebut the problem came after wardsasked the waiter to bring what you make best in biryani and suggested me lahori biryani why no idea and it was zero 0 in taste and no aroma for biryani.if they really wanted to succeed they should take samples from near by restaurants daccan biryani and leyari biryani and many others.

My favourites were biriyanis.Juices and ice creams were also served to us. Though we were a group of more than 11 people, the staffs have managed to give proper attention and care to each one of us. I went to try the buryani. Its well presented but taste is not something exceptional. They have good dining place and quick service. Buryani is more like Indian malyalam style but not hyderabdi taste so for a change its good but not something like orignal taste. They have good range of snaks and drinks which is nice.

I used to stay in Abu Hail for a while and hence didnt expect much from here owing to the location but I have to say I was gladly surprised. They have a large seating area with nicely done interiors and even a led screen so you cant miss the place. This will be one of few proper restaurants here in the area and even though the name is Mr.Biryani they served delightful North Indian cuisine from Kebabs, Fried starters and of course the Biryani. Our favorite items from the items we tried were the sea food platter and the accompanying dip, Mr. Biryani Special Chicken and Chicken Dum Biryani.

Started off with drinks like fresh Watermelon, Pineapple, and Orange juices, Karak Tea & Hot Chocolate. That was a good start.For appetizers, we had a Mixed Non-veg. Platter, Tandoor Seafood Platter, Kebab Platter, Iranian Mix Grill & Mr. Biryani Special Chicken. The marination and preparation was good and presentation was nice too.Mains were Murg Hyderabadi, Mutton Rogan Josh, Butter Chicken, Tawa Vegetable, Chilli Chicken with Assorted Indian Breads and Chicken Szechuan Fried Rice. Told you, we were a large group 😄I loved the fried rice and the curries too.Just when thought we were done, came the biriyanis. How can we not try their speciality!!!! Chicken Dum, Chicken Tikka Hyderabadi Dum & Chicken Tikka Lahori Dum were the Biriyanis that we tried. Again, good presentation and great taste.I gave to say the portion sizes were very filling too.We were too full from eating but there’s always room for dessert 😄 Stuffed ourselves with Icecream drizzled with Hot chocolate and left with our hearts and tummies happy.

I drove from Jumaira last and reached around 1am but found it closed!! but it says in tge timing that tgey close at 2am !!! . . i called them many times but seems the phone is not working . . i wasted time . . petrol . . and Salik to get upset by them . . tgey deserve less than a star

As their names says Mr. Biryani so we thought this place should be good for biryani. So gave a try and take away the Hyderabad chicken biryani. And we were really disappointed with the quality.Ambiance was really nice and cozy but taste was no where close to biryani.No flavor , no taste and even price is also on higher side.

They should rename this to Mr Average Biryani or remove biryani from the name. Biryani is your average Hyderabadi Biryani reheated in a clay pot.

Not recommending its biryaniThe rice is hard/or a bit uncooked, its not Dum, there is no harmony between layers of meat and rice, its placed in a clay pot (which is a good concept), but other than that, the whole content is placed there just purely for presentation purpose, no part of cooking is done in the clay itself, just the top breat which close it!

It’s my first time to visit this place with my sister and i love the ambiance so relaxing and of course i really love their food especially the greek saladi came back today (FRIDAY) @2:30 for my lunch but i’m so disappointed coz they are close but it shows the timing they are open @11amp.s :just change ur timing

Food was good, no complaint, nice ambiance! Good staff! For the 5th visit! I recommend u remove the black tint from front glass in order to attract more customers! All in all food and staff all good.

Average cafeteria food served in good ambience. Ordered grilled vegetable... recieved 2 bread slices with few pieces raw tomato and cucumber inside... nothing grilled!Asked no ice drinks... provided the opposite.

Mr Biriyani, located in Abu Hail, serves some amazing Indian and Chinese food. Don’t get deceived by the name which would make anyone think that they specialise in Biriyanis alone.We were served some refreshing fruit juices as soon as we entered- watermelon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice; and a friend even tried their kadak chai.We tried a variety of platters, one of them had drums of heaven, veg spring rolls, squid and prawns fry. Veg spring roll was the best of the lot!Another platter we tried was the tandoor seafood platter which had prawns, fish etc. these were not deep fried. Prawns was the best of this lot. Fish lacked flavours, nonetheless it tasted decent.We even tried their chicken kebab platter which had a variety of kebabs like the seekh kebab, chicken tikka, pahadi chicken etc. A decent platter this one was as well!Next we tried chilly chicken (Chinese dish). It was good, It had enough amount of capsicum and onions along with the chicken, which added to the crunch!Iranian Mix Grill is what came next! The varieties were interesting, but the overpowering taste of saffron in one the kebabs didn’t make it all that enjoyable; though it didn’t taste too bad either!Now comes the highlight of this restaurant- their biriyanis! We were served 4 varieties of biryanis and Chinese chicken schezwan fried rice. This fried rice tasted good.Biriyanis included chicken tikka Hyderabadi dum Biriyani, chicken tikka Lahori dum Biriyani and chicken dum Biriyani. In all the biriyanis, rice was cooked to perfection, with spot on flavours!We even tried their bread basket, with some curries- butter chicken, murgh Hyderabadi, mutton rogan josh and tawa vegetables. Everything tasted decent .Unfortunately, I had to cut short my visit to DCC for some emergency. Hence, did not get to try their desserts. But I heard only good things about the desserts here at Mr Biriyani.Overall, an experience to be cherished for a long long time ! Loved their interiors, lightings etc.Remarkable service as well!

The restaurant is above excellent.Cleanliness 10/10.Tranquility entered the restaurant 12 at night and was very quiet.Eating is special.1- Tom Yam Vegetable Soup with Shrimp Burner is 100% recommend.2- 100% chicken masala and recommend it.3- 100% chicken tikka and recommend it.The staff is very respectful.The price is above premium 130 dirhams with drinks and nan bread.
