Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever received throughout my 14 years in Dubai. We scheduled a pest control appointment prior to today and they specifically told us that the cleaning crew would arrive between 10am-12pm. We called at 12 and were told that someone will get back to us in a bit. It is now 3:30, no one has arrived and the office is not answering any calls. I strongly suggest to sign a contract with another firm.

Deserves 0 ZERO stars,Worst Customer Service Ever.If you are having a good day and want to spoil it call UNIMAR !!!!Staff arrogant, Manager Useless, even the service is very bad.Only after 14 days my house was again effected.Thank you so much Unimar, Keep Up the Great Work!!!!Waste of time and money.

Called them to book an appointment and they said they’ll call me back and they never did. It’s not the first time they are doing this. Called them last year and they said the same thing and never called back

Had the worst pest problem and called Unimar.... It was just amazing. Solved the issue and were super helpful :) Would definitely recommend!
