My honest review here is don’t buy here or buy at your own risk. I purchased a spinning bike that came with a problem, it took me like more than a month to solve this issue after several mails, calls, WhatsApp with at least 4 people. At the end, they replace the bike for a new one. Now a few months of use I’m facing problems again and starting the process of mails, calls…In one of the messages actually they told me that was no warranty, only for electronics.I realice that the description of the product in the website does not match with the real product.So, again, buy at your own risk as there is lack of customer service.

Order here at your own risk. Having purchased several pieces of equipment one of the items was not correct. This was not noticed until all boxes were opened. I have since phoned, emailed, wattsapp and there is very little communication or interest from this company to resolve and rectify the problem. The customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced.The product I received instead is much cheaper than what I ordered. Beware!

I ordered a treadmill sometime back during lockdown and I was very satisfied with the product. It came in good quality and condition. However the delivery time was quite long but I am assuming they were busy due to receiving many orders during lockdown. I again ordered a homegym few days back and this time the delivery time was much faster. Excellent product and customer service

Worst store ever! They mentioned in their website that they deliver the items within 3 to 5 working days, I bought a treadmill 18 days ago and didnt receive it yet! They dont answer the phone calls and ignore emails and dont reply to the whatsapp even when they are online!! I will never recommend this store to anyone because they dont respect their customers and have the worst customer service ever!

I was interested to buy a Multy Gym and Exercise Bike which i got at a very budget friendly price. Marshal Fitness Delivery team did the delivery at my location and assembled the products too at my location with very nominal charges.
