One of the best in town , Just 7 days ago i brought gift for my young one, the bicycle is amazing and the good thing they gave me 1 year free service. Price compare to others very reasonable. Scammers and poor quality products .. bought cycle stand . Adult cycle and kids bycle ..The seat of the adult bicycle went lower the very next day..and had to be replaced again for 35 dhms .. the car bike rack ribbon got cut within week. Upon enquiring with them.. They tried to scam me in buying the entire stand for 200dhms that too for a ribbon.. Poor quality Products .. Poor customer service.. dont get fooled by ratings.. there are better shops in Karama and in drago mart itself..

My experience with them wasnt quite as good as their reviews. First of all they tried to sell me a bike with a fake shimano gear system claiming it to be original. When I spotted it written Sheming in the rear side, the sales guy said Im reading it wrong. Basically, he was questioning the customers reading skills when all he wanted to do was cover up their plot. Moreover they were charging twice the amount for this bike whereas the other shops sells better bikes with actual shimano gear systems for half the price. Id say be cautious and try not to get tricked by them. Do a thorough research and make sure the product is real.

I bought cycle from shard bikes and the rim broke in 1 week.I asked the sales guy to get it fixed, he agreed he would get the rim in one week .. now it’s more than 1 week and now the guy is saying it will take 3 months.Don’t buy from here... the service is not good.
