One of the places from where you can buy alcohol in Dubai. If you have a license. Decent prices. Lately they dont allow to take photos to the bottles so do your homework before purchasing wines.

The worst mmi that I’ve seenThe lady cashier (the old one) was rude.I made the mistake of forgetting my passport, and she was as Unfriendly as possible.I’ve never been so insulted in any shop in Dubai!!I’m a regular customer at MMI but I will switch to African easter because of her.

Store is conveniently located, however poor selection. They didnt have Irish Cream, Lemonicello, limited wine selection, monkey 69. What made the experience worse was the rude staff. Would recommend it for simple and obvious selection.

They say in 48hrs you will be able to get a license, that’s what it says in their advertisement. It’s been a week since I have applied for a license and no one bothers to pick up the phone. Whenever I call it is either unattended or busy.

I applied for my alcohol license 3 weeks ago and still no information about it. They NEVER answer the phone. It is always busy or non-attended. It sounds like a joke but I have called more than 50 times and I actually got lucky ONCE just to be told my license is not ready and I need to wait for a call from CID Dubai. (?!?!?). Stop your false advertising that the license will be approved in 48 hrs and will be ready for collection after 2 weeks... and train your staff to know how to reply to the questions of the customers.

A joke of a company, applied for liquor license 2 months ago, 6 weeks after got a message I need to confirm my religion in Manara Center which was done the next day and confirmed by email to MMI. 3 weeks later I receive a call stating they will reapply for the licence again. In the meantime applications sit in their drawer till whenever. Throughout this horrendous process Ive sent follow up emails that always remained unanswered. No one ever picks up the phone. I dont recommend this company to anyone. African and Eastern does way better job and their response time is very quick. I did a huge mistake by using MMI

Waaaaaay too expensive compared to any other UAE liquor store (Ajman umm Al quwain, Abu Dhabi ghantoot, Ras Al Khaimah). Alcohol is anywhere between 2 times to 3 times above the actual price. You might as well drink at a bar in Dubai and it will probably be cheaper. It is conveniently located though.
