This silicon outlet has the worst staff (cedar shopping center ) specially the cashier (bald guy) .Improve your attitude buddy or get another job where you do not have to talk to customers. Don’t sigh when a card gets declined (islamic bank card ) don’t make faces when we have to change our order at check out counter !!Just because we have to buy from your store doesn’t mean you can give us attitude!!Mmi corp if you are reading this please change this guy , i am a regular since 2010 and have never experienced such bad customer service ever in any of your other stores except this one .

Bad staff completely unhelpful specially this cashier man and the African security, also prices is very high , I recommend that go directly to Ajman stores better than trying with silicon for parties and celebration.

You are advised to get a special licence before visiting this place. Prices are higher than Dubai duty free and Abu Dhabi. You will get all types of liqueur here. You can buy and carry only the permissible quantity as per your liquor licence.Normally they have some other restrictions too which I am not aware off.
