I went to this MMI outlet in Bur Dubai, computer street on 19th June 2020 to collect my Temporary Liquor License as per the notification recd from their H.O. It took this unprofessional MMI company 2 months to issue my liquor license (that too a temporary one). repeated tel. calls to their H.O. were never answered during these 2 months. 6 to 7 emails were sent and i received only two responses from them.I collected the temp license from this Bur Dxb outlet. On reaching home, I read the accompany letter and it was stated therein that I shud have been issued with a Booklet containing dhs 1500 worth of freebies!!I wasnt issued this Booklet by that clerk !!ON 20th June, I revisited them and asked the clerk, whose name is ROSHAN, as to why he didnt give me the Booklet. He sheepishly went behind the counter and brought one. Obviously ROSHAN tried to cheat me of my legitimate Booklet.This is the 2nd occasion when I have been cheated by MMI workers in not issuing me my Booklet when I renewed the License.The first ocassion took place some years ago in their outlet located in Spinneys, Trade Centre branch.I wl never visit MMI nor renew my license through them in future. they are most unprofessional and not honest in their dealings as proved by above complaint.

Nice liquor store, but only accessible with a pass that you have a liquor license.About twice the price of our liquor stores, but that is not surprising in a country where alcohol is supposedly taboo.A large assortment behind closed windows and from outside without advertising.

The booze is very expensive!
