They never comprise on quality simple said excellence and they also provide warranty for repairing of work

I have been looking for a place to fix my watch and change some batteries for a while, this place is the best. Saved me time and money and the staff is more than just professional, my guy Waly handled all 6 watches i brought him like a boss and honestly speaking he knows what hes doing such a humble professional guy. They gained a new loyal customer, highly appreciated.

DO NOT USE.Wali fixed the wheels on my suitcase. I used it once after and one wheel fell off on the way home from the airport.Cheap materials and workmanship. Not recommended at all.

It’s a very affordable and reliable place to get your watch battery replaced. They use original batteries and also gives you a replacement warranty to the battery for a year.

Good job. The quality of repair was what I expected for the price paid. It was only 130 AED to replace the entire zipper on my large luggage. The stitching and zipper quality is on par with the original that had to be replaced. The service was slower than expected, but that has more to do with the availability of a good zipper replacement. The internal pocket in the luggage was also accidentally cut during the process, so there is about a 1/2 inch hole in it now. And the stitching behind the pocket was not fastened well so it is hanging a little bit. Doesn’t really effect anything, but being a new luggage bag it is unfortunate. Otherwise it would have been five stars. Would use again, just be more thorough in post repair inspection.

The shop is inside the complex next to Karama park. The guy is a hard working chap and doesnt charge much as other shopkeepers do. I felt to write a good review so he may get good number of customers. Please do visit him for any kind of watch and bags repairing.Deserving 5 stars as value for money.

Very bad way of dealing customer.. They fixed the lock of my bag which they charged me 100aed whereas the bag price itself is 110aed and they never took my permission to change the lock at this price.. Finally they made me to pay 80aed after so much of arguement.. I couldnt even take the bag after removing the lock they fixed since they have drilled and made too may holes.. All done without my permission.. Cursed and gave them the money.. Never recommended.. Plz plz avoid visiting them they dont have courtesy towards customer even though it was their mistake..
