I’ve been going to TNS for years now and not once have they failed me! Their team is all fantastic, all their staff is highly qualified and well trained. Their locations are always calm & relaxing and the ladies are all so wonderful. It’s awesome because I can always book through emails and have never had to wait. Theyre just fantastic!

Professional and very caring staff. Organization seemed good. I added an in-chair massage to my pedicure and manicure and it was amazing. One of the best back/neck massages Ive had. Nails are also very precisely done. Good quality of products. Will definitely come again next time Im in Dubai.

This location used to be a good spot but the interior has become really old, seats torn, chairs damaged and the whole area doesnt seem like the way it was before. the place is not well maintained and therefore I dont visit them anymore.

Long story short did a Brazilian wax with a girl called Ha I believe, vietnamese, worst mistake of my life. she was in the worst mood, was very snappy and rude when I asked any question and my wax was horribly painful! I got bumps shortly after! so bad. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the session. The receptionist werent friendly either, even a basic hello was too much to ask! Never again would I go back. Manager Zee showed concern, reached out to me, tried to call her back days later as Id travelled no response so was it genuine i doubt it!

I was unfortunately late for my appointment I booked at TNS. I did try to call, but was unsuccessful on informing them that I was running late. When I reached the reception, I was just informed they cant accommodate me anymore. Not to be accommodated is acceptable, but the way the news was delivered to me was just very poor! Was the staff trained how to empathize with customers they cant accommodate? Obviously no! Would never go back. The salon called Happy Nails is a better option. Theyre located on the same floor in Dubai mall.

The staff was friendly, but I am highly disappointed in quality of work. My nails came out wavy. Even when I made it myself at home, they were more even and flat. Doesnt worth the money at all.For soak off and gel polish I paid 210aed.

Good location and thats about it. Terrible service, even for Dubai standards. Overpriced, the salon uses the location to charge 35% more for the same services compared to other salons in the city.The staff poorly trained, dont know the difference between basic services.

It was my first time to have my nails done in TNS. It is a little bit pricey but all worth it. I had Gel Manicure, Classic Pedicure and Mango&Mandarin treatment. It exceeded my expectations. Plus, the therapists are very friendly. Dream did my pedicure and Mango&Mandarin Treatment. She is very caring and gentle. Sparkle did my gel manicure and sheve done it perfectly! All the staff of TNS are the best. I will definitely be back. Kudos TNS Dubai Mall!

Been going to this place for years. Few times a month even. I have places around me that i can go to but i chose to go there. Never had any issues. Girls know me there, few weeks ago i booked for everlasting gel manicure, came there and saw there was Essie gel and wanted to try that and i told the reception ( there was a regular person there and new one i never saw)New one goes to me in very rude way no you booked this you have to do itI looked in utterly shock! Other girl didnt say anything the technician was the only professional one there and tried to calm situation cuz she saw i was in shock.For someone thats been so loyal to be treated like this its really not a look you want. Instead of trying to accommodate me for the loyalty Ive given, disgrace! I am not confrontational person so i just left and will never come back!

I went to Dubai mall TNS yesterday. It’s my first time visit. Celest and Iza are so nice and professional, I felt so relax and content while they were doing my mani-pedicure. Although I arrived 5-10 mins earlier than my appointment, I didn’t wait too long to get this journey started. Again, Celest and Iza are great, this is the first time I could fall asleep while I was doing manicure and pedicure. I will definitely go back!!!!

I find this place extremely expensive for no good reason.- I had hard gel already on, and wanted a re-fill to be done with either acrylic or the hard gel (which is done by my regular salon all the time)- They mistakenly removed my hard gel and then completed BIO GEL service.I asked for basic pink and grey colours but had to pay extra because the basic colours are not available in their polish line (the place is called THE NAIL SPA, how do they not have all the colours out there).This place is so expensive and the work is OKAY, nothing amazing.I paid AED455 for BIO GEL nails- with terrible nail art and within 1 week my nail broke.NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!I would never go again
