Got a bad experienced to their customer service. I went today to inquire. The Filipina Lady who was duty today around 9pm shes only using mobile in front of their door. And she was very rude and she dont even entertain my quiries coz shes too busy using her mobile. . 👎👎👎👎👎

( Im a guy so you should definately read this ) I went in looking to buy hydrogen peroxideSo Im here talking to the staff about buying it and she keeps telling me to buy cream developer to upsell me.As I kept clarifying that I just want the peroxideThats when it started to get entertaining as she kept telling me theres no such thing, its the same thing and then looking at me like no such product exists and that Ive been misinformedI ended finding the peroxide myself in the end anyways , she didnt seem very suprised to see the product existed so you be the judge of this experienceDisclaimer~ I went to get things instructed by someone who runs a celebrity hair salon so I have no idea what to say about the customer service here .

This evening I had a disappointing experience, I came all the way to buy one product from this store I arrived around at 9:51 pm, the employees informed me that the system is closed and they can’t take money from me, the lady with blond hair said she can’t open the system and left, same as her Arab colleague who said the same. Another customer was also begging them to buy something and they refused for the same reason. The sign at the door is mentioning the store timing for Friday is till 12 am.Anyway wasn’t pleased by this at all.

Very organized shop, good to shop for beauty products in quality and quantity. Staffs are service oriented.

The closest you may find in Dubai to US-style beauty supply store. They have a reasonably good selection. Staff is friendly. Prices are on the high side.

Came in 20mins before 10pm to buy a developer and they had already closed.I would think that they should close at 10 like every other store, but the blonde chick with the stone face inside seemed like she wanted to go home early 🤷🏼‍♂️

Very bad customer service.1. Bought huge 1.5 lr indola shampoo with same size of hair conditioner, ive asked her yo give me a pump to use, she then gave me 2 pcs for which did not fit and totally wrong size.Anyway products caused my allergy and I Can not use them anymore.2. Got a hair spray from the same brand indola, which started to leak all over my hand and the bottle and already almost empty as all waisted by leaking came to get another one and told her they sold me the damaged item, she said no, All our saloons using it, I said I can bring it to you just so you believe me.Anyway, both the sales staff were not able to advise anything else, left the shop empty handed..

I visited the Store in al barsha mall, it’s more for haire car and they don’t have lot of choice.

The prices are high but when they have a promtion then it is great
