No customer sevice at all. I was there at the shop(for the first time) for almost 15 mins and there were 2 staffs and none of them have attended me or didnt even ask if i need any help or not and was there at the cash counter for the whole time and i had to go and ask them for help. I have been a regular customer in MOE branch and never had such experience.

Car perfume New one is very bad. It doesnt smell even after you pilloff. Before it was good. Management to look into this. Please stop selling rejected products to maintain your name .

I did an online purchase of 2 body mists and 2 shower gels which is on a buy one get one promotion. When i received the items, the shower gel is only one. I called the customer service, speak to Jacel and explained to me that if the item is on a buy one get one promotion, you have to indicate (2) items in the quantity section to get that other free shower gel. I was advised to go to the nearest bath and body store in my place and get my other free shower gel together with my invoice for proof that i purchased online. I would like to thank Stephanie, the staff of bath and body Deira City Ctr for assisting me through phone and personally. Very friendly staffs. Thank you Jacel and stephanie for helping me sorting out that problem. :)
