Went in for a haircut after seeing the salon on Google and Instagram. I have really short hair, usually cut with clippers on the sides + back, and I know that its not a common hairstyle here but figured that at a fancy new salon with charges of 200+, that shouldnt be an issue for qualified hairstylists. When I went in, somebody came to wash my hair before the stylist arrived, so she never saw my hair or talked to me about the haircut I wanted before my hair was washed. When I sat down to get it cut, she removed the towel and exclaimed that my hair was really short, so it was a total surprise to her. I then explained how I wanted it cut and tried to find a picture on my phone, which she didnt even look at. She said she would not use clippers and instead just cut it short with scissors. I really should have gotten up and left then and there but I thought Id give her the benefit of the doubt (and also felt awkward after theyd already washed my hair and everything).She proceeded to just barely trim my hair, which took a total of 15 minutes. She then removed the bib/apron before drying my hair, which meant short hair clippings all over me. They didnt charge me for a full haircut which was a relief because I was ready to argue that that was not what I got anyway. Ive already made an appointment for tomorrow to sort it out at another salon, which is disappointing because Im now spending more money on what was already an indulgence. Ive genuinely had better haircuts for half the price or less.Everyone was polite and courteous the whole time, but it was a complete waste of time and money and it could have all been avoided if the stylist had seen my hair before they washed it and was upfront about what she could and could not do. Even if I didnt have short hair that and the way she dried my hair would have been red flags.EDIT: it is now the day after and I had a haircut at another salon where the stylist confirmed that the previous cut/trim was quite messy and that the cuts/shaping wasnt even. The owner has replied to my review to say that I should have made my feelings known when I was at the salon but I was ignored by the stylist when I expressed what I wanted and when I went to pay and was asked how it was I was clear that it was not really what I expected and that I just wanted to pay and leave. Its a cute salon and the staff were all very polite but I definitely would not recommend it due to my experience and this response from management.

Amazing services by far, had my nails done by Glizzelle and my pedicure by Kristine I have to applaud to these ladies really because the nailart I wanted,i thought would never be possible to pull it out but to my surprise they did it so beautifully..During the service I had a 15minute massage with Adi but ended up upgrading to a 30minutes because of her amazing touch..I have to say I am an addict when it comes to massages and Frankly speaking I think I have finally found one therapist I can stick to..thank you ladies!

Dont make the mistake of trying this place if youre looking for a hairstylist that understands what you want!

I got my haircut from this place. After haircut, she asked me if I want the hair to be blowdried or not. I asked her to do whatever is included within the haircut pricing. She blowdried my hair so I assumed it is part of the haircut service as it usually is unless mentioned otherwise. At the counter they tell me that blowdrying is not part of the haircut despite me PARTICULARLY mentioning that I dont want anything out of the charge. If youre going to perform a service on me thats going to charge extra, you need to tell me beforehand instead of asking me to pay after you perform it without informing me beforehand. They charged me an ATROCIOUS 120 DHS for the blowdrying. Please note that I dont have very thick hair and it does not even reach my shoulders so the pricing is absolutely preposterous. Complete rip-off.ADDITIONAL reply: Just saw the salons reply to my review. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, no one asked me for feedback. If they had, Id have communicated that Id liked to be informed BEFOREHAND if Im going to be charged for a service without being informed its chargeable. Without being asked, I felt it was unseemly to argue about a service thats already been performed on me, me having asked for it or not. Regardless, I appreciate your readiness to refund the 120 but I will not be revisisting. Thank you and good luck :)

I come here specifically to do my eyebrows with Lily. No one does eyebrows the way she does in Dubai hands down. Great job!

I’ve removed my gel nails and after 2/3 days noticed that they weren’t removed in a proper way + didn’t like the blowdry

By far one of the WORST HAIRCUTS I got in Dubai! I have long curly hair and asked for a haircut with a layering to create shape. Result-no layering with shorter hair in the back and longer in the front (???). Zero technique while cutting the hair that turned out to be appalling. Right& left sides don’t even match in length, have random longer hair strands sticking out. Have to go to another hairdresser now to get a decent haircut - RIP my long hair! I need to go from long to almost a bob cut as the hair in the back is so much shorter than in the front & to make a proper layered haircut for curly hair they will need to shorten the front so much! Even the blow dry was a miss as the hairdresser never asked how i would like it (volume/no volume/which side i wear my hair to) - ended up with hair sticking in all directions as i usually wear my hair the opposite side from what she did. Just another pretty salon with zero professionalism. Extremely upset and angry! Giving two stars just because everyone was nice.

It was an amazing experience, first of all the cleanliness of the place when I entered felt so sterilized and it smells so fresh the staff were so neat and warm welcoming, I had hair coloring and hair treatment they use high quality products and the staff are so professional and they gave me a great service more than I expected, I was so pleased with the results comparing to many other places I used to go to comparing to the price range as well then I had mani pedi service it was also at the same level and quality, I will definitely go for it again when I feel like spoiling myself 🙂

I’ve been told a certain price for a service — and the reason behind the cost is that it requires a full blowout to do it.When i reached, i got a quick dry that’s not presentable at all. When i asked about the blowout, they said an addition of 250 AED minimum. And if I want curls it would cost more (which this point is understandable)Would be great if employees get trained and fully aware of the services next time.

Only place I come to do my eyebrows. Marylou is the best at it and always listens to what I want and it ends up perfectly every time.

I found this place by chance, location is ideal, staff is very welcoming and had my best manicure and pedicure in years. Now I know where to go! this salon is a hidden gem.
