It was the worst experience in my life I did highlight with someone called safo and he was unprofessional he burned and damaged all my hair with the highlight he forgot it I will make a complaint to the ministry of health and consumer rights and also against the salon because they’re hiring unprofessional people like this guy (safo)

The location is perfect, the salon is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the service is exceptional. Nicolas is the best hair dresser I’ve ever seen, but if you ever wanna do your highlights or coloring with him, book in advance as he is extremely recommended and busy! i recommend this place 100000%!

I asked for a natural and simple ombré highlights style with some conturing and came with 2 images of samples which the hairdresser confirmed that he can do. He ended up making full highlight in my whole hair, had to color my roots twice and used a toner that has nothing to do with the color I asked for to leave me with a brass looking yellow tone hair. He cut my hair and convinced me that it was damaged and the hair cut turned out short from one side and long from the other with the fringe being trimmed although I asked for one length. After 5 hours in the salon he was trying to sell me products to fix my hair that was super dry, I don’t know what kind of hair products they use but I have always done highlights and never left the salon with such dry dull hair. I had to escalate to their manager but it would have been better if they didn’t mess up from the beginning. I paid in full though they charge double and I shared my frustration with the the hair dresser but they were very disrespectful and none professional.Very disappointed.
