I’m a return customer, and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Hannah is an amazing and thorough nail technician who has done nail extensions for me which is of exceptionally high quality compared to some of the best and priciest salons in Dubai. Ladies first has clean and relaxing feel when I visit.

Bumped into this place by chance, and SO happy I did! I’ve done my hair cut, hair do, and nails there, and LOVING the results!! The service, the girls, genuinely wonderful!Made me feel so welcome and provided such great quality of service!

I enjoyed doing my regular manicure and pedicure here. The Salon is super clean and confortable. The ladies did a great job and I loved the nail polish selection that they have.

I came to style my thin and always straight hair and I wanted to make it curly as I wanted to meet my husband at the airport at 2am, and normally my hair will come back straight after 1 hour. But Naghmana and her girls performed a miracle and not only it looked amazing, it also stayed until tomorrow! Amazing service! I came back after few days and did the same! I totally recommend!!!

I booked in for a full set of nail extensions and pedicure. Pedicure was fine. I booked this literally a few hours after I had landed so that my nails would look nice for my holiday. I had never had this type of extension before and the lady kept assuring me they would last for a long time and were very strong, I usually have acrylics done in London. The very next day one of the nails broke. I messaged the salon and they booked me in for a repair. A few hours later they messaged to advise the technician was ill and they would let me know when someone was available to repair my nail. By the time they gave me a new appointment 5 more nails had broken. They gave me an appointment on my last day of my holiday - pointless. So I asked for a refund for my manicure, they refused and said they could repair but wouldn’t refund. The person that was messaging me on WhatsApp kept telling me this had never happened before, insinuating that it may be me at fault??? I was on holiday, lounging around the pool how on earth could I have broken my own nails and why would I do that?! I was then told that maybe I had asked for the nails to be thin, I did not. I spent 5 days in Dubai..4 of which I walked around with ugly broken nails. I sent the salon pics of my nails but still would not offer me a refund. Poor service, and do not recommend. I wish I had gone to the salon in my hotel.

I had my eyelash extension done by Kim. Not only she is professional, she is also very nice. She provided a top-notch service. My lashes lasted for more than a month too which is super good. The salon is very clean and accessible. Look for Kim if you want a natural looking, long lasting lashes. She’s a star!

Not sure why Google is putting this review under my daughter ‘s name, but I just wanted to compliment Kim. She is very detailed when doing the color for the nails. So polite and friendly. I just love her! My daughter had to wait for me and was offered a free hand massage.

The salon offers everything you can need from a salon. I go weekly for a mani and pedi. Love the nail polish selection. I also am a regular customer for facials, massages, threading, waxing and blow drys. Last but not least, i have found the best hairdresser! My hair has not looked better. My balayage is beautiful! Thank you so much!!

I definitely recommend Mosana for eyebrows and waxing. Also the curls they did lasted for one week which is amazing as on my hair curls never stay. Both hairdressers are amazing.Great place, great service, friendly staff and really fair prices.

I did a lot of research before coming here because I was scared to do my lashes extensions in a foreign country however they were very professional and I love them! I am usually very sensitive and I have a lot of allergies but I had no reaction and I cant even feel them. Definitely recommend.

The girls here are amazing. I wont do my nails anywhere else! They last forever and Im always getting compliments on them. I also get my hair blow dried, and the full body massages are the best! Highly recommend:)

I had my roots done here a few weeks ago and I would definitely NOT go back again. Firstly, the lady was so rough with my hair it was unreal. She pulled out so much of my hair from being so rough and then had the audacity to give me hair loss tips! Secondly my roots did not even cover at all and she told me oh its hormonal! Thirdly, my scalp was so sore for over a week which makes me wonder what on the earth did she use because clearly it wasnt wasnt the brand I had told her to. Oh and the reason for the sore scalp was, that I am very sensitive!I have been using the same colour for years, the only difference was the stylist!!This woman has no experience, so ladies I urge you not use her unless you want to lose your hair.(Shes apparently the only hair stylist there).

Its a shame to see a struggling salon ,with hard working people sink like that, their lack of customer service, complaint handling is breathtaking! Including the owner, she was extremely passive, they couldnt care less, I went for a gell refill, been going there for 2 years, the colour palette for gel refill hasnt changed one bit,same old colours, when I asked for another colour from regular gelish they wanted to charge me 63 dhs more, what is the logic behind that!! Gelish is cheaper than gell so it should be included, my nail technician left me towards the end of my pedicure to go to another customer and had to wait for nearly an hour until my manicure was finished so that the other technician could finish my feet, just terrible service and they absolutely dont care or even try to understand you....NEVER coming back again.

My stylist was Nahmana and she was excellent. Even showed me how to style my hair. She cut and colored perfectly. My experience was wonderful. And they are very cautious about the covid-19. She used mask and face shield. I appreciate that.

Not only because of her customer service , but her professionalism with hair , her technique, consultative approach and commercial experience. I have been Ladies First’s client for at least the past 6 years and I honestly love the saloon and the professionals there. Thu and Zahida are my favorite ones. Thu takes care of my gel refill which last for 3 weeks easily and Zahida is the one responsible for my flawless eyebrow design. I have also done massages with Roselyn who has angel hands and helps me to relax while I have my me&myself pampering time.The manager is always attentive and the owner is constantly asking for AND LISTENING (which is very rare in Dubai) my feedback.Now, with all the restrictions due to Covid, they are following all the safety measures to comply with the government guidelines and I feel super safe in the clean environment.A happy and super satisfied loyal client :)Thank you, ladies!

Great prices on Gel refills compared to a lot of salons in Dubai and quality work. Ask for Tu whos my preferred technician to go to, but Ive had just as good work done by others. Only wish they had a decent bathroom to use. The salon is set on the mezzanine level of a residential building (Oasis Tower) so the only bathroom they have is next to the community gym. PS: They also have Esaad discounts.

Was initially happy but then realised that my highlights HADNT been done on my roots like it would always happen when you ask for highlights and not for lowlights. I contacted the salon to ask them to fix it and they said I have to pay another time if I want my hair fixed.

Seriously bad quality i made nail jelish.. it was gone after 2 days i was chocked ... plus my nails were bleeding And unfortunately it wasn’t the first time 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

ZAHIDA is the best eyebrow specialist I have ever had! I am so sad I discovered her just before I left living in Dubai. This Christmas I knew I was going again and did not touch my eyebrows so she can fix them. She is amazing and so sweet

Worst experience ever. Never go to this saloon. I called them for keratin treatment booking the lady naghmana told me 600 will be the price for all hair treatments. When I reached saloon she said you will give 650. I said ok. Then she said now 5% vat you will also pay. I said ok then she said u should buy our shampoo and conditioner too for 300. They are playing with people.And with in 24 hours after my head wash my hairs. Become more curly and wavy not even straight.

I fulfilled my dream by doing the best keratin treatment here and, by doing other services as well, I drew the conclusion that this is everything I could have searched for in a salon. There is always happiness which I enjoy. Keep going this way, you show professionalism.

Horrible experience, gelish manicure did not even last 24 hours and I went to the salon to show the chipped nail they did not even volunteer to remove the nail paint or compensate citing that technicians are busy.Had to go to another nail spa to remove the polish.Technician had not even removed cuticles and cleaned the nail properly hence the nail paint could not even stick on.

The facilities are quite old, the seats are shabby, few nails technicians are professionals . Pricing is reasonable for this quality level

I am a regular customer of Ladies First for the past 3 years and I highly recommend all the services provided here, from normal/gelish/gel mani pedi, to hair services, facial treatments, eyebrows shaping , massages etc. I particularly recommend Mimi for the nails, she is doing wonders in a very efficient time, and Naghmana for the hair and facial treatments. All the other staff are very professional and well trained as well. The owner is very sweet and she makes sure all the customers leave happy from the salon every time. If you are looking for good quality services and products, relaxing ambience and friendly & skilled staff, this is Definitely the salon you should visit!

I ordered a time for bikini wax. The lady did much more than that even though i told her specifically what it was I wanted. Not just that but she also burnet my skin. Dont go here for a wax!

First of all I had an appointment then when I arrived the hair dresser (I guess she was called roda) took someone else in after that I ask for the price to get a blow dry she told me 150 aed when I usually get my hair done for 100 on top of that I get treated rudely by the hair dresser rudely saying she doesn’t have time for me although I had an appointment! Don’t go there worst Friday experience ever !
