The service was good but the products are horrible, I had gellish French manicure the gellish is bubbly not sure if the product is old or fake or very cheap quality, very bad experience won’t suggest to anyone.If you wanna waste your money and time, go to that place.

Walked in and specifically asked for a professional to work on my hair. I met with Vanitha who claimed to be the professional and who trains people as well back home, also said she knows everything when it comes to hair coloring.First of all she was using Google to find out how to do things, she NEVER did a test strand on my hair, put bleach over bleach and used HEAT to make it happen quicker just to save time. So unprofessional. I came with super long super thick super healthy hair and she totally FRIED it off. I had to cut my hair which I havent done in over 25 years from how healthy it is. Its breaking and falling everyday. And when I messaged her (still have all the proof and chats) she said I worked so hard to remove the color... And more which I dont want to mention for her sakeIf she was really professional shed advise me from the beginning not to bleach my hair and would a test strand. The story is SO long I literally summarized it. But total disaster and I dont recommend to anyone. She really doesnt know what shes doing.On top of this I was charged 1000 aed. And she fried my hair. It is gummy and stretchy and totally damaged.Note: the salon didnt even offer a refund.Do not go to this place, total unprofessional service.
