I was so disappointed!! I did a hair blow and trimming that a 10 year old can do it to me better !! Honestly I really regularly go to salons and they are just not that good and not professional.My manicure is nice but they charge you more than what they tell you before and make excuses that they use different nail polish that coast more and bla bla bla so they charge extra for almost nothing! I was disappointed and felt used to be honest, a girl go to the salon to be happy and relax I came out with a missy hair and feeling so mad!Not recommend

Got my makeup done here by Rola, which looked amazing without even guiding or asking for something specific and was done super fast. But the salon itself is very crowded and loud in the hair area, so didn’t consider getting hair done there.

Beverly did the best meni and pedi service i ever had in dubai. Super professional very friendly, took care of every possible thing she could. Shes in jw marriot brach. A must have service from her.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure. It was the best ever. I was very happy with the service. The nail technician was the best and she was knowledgeable about her work and how best to suit the needs of her clients. When in Dubai, this will be my go to place for a manicure and a pedicure.

Clean and good hair dressers

Worst experience ever. Did the coconut oil treatment that was supposed to be formaldehyde free and organic (I usually do the kerarganic treatment) and was LIED to about how it is not keratin but later found out after purchasing the shampoo and conditioner that it is, in fact the amazon keratin. (FYI, when I heard about the “coconut oil” treatment, I tried looking it up but couldn’t find anything so I assumed it was new). The “best hairstylist” they had literally BURNT MY SCALP every time he straightened my hair saying that “that’s how it’s supposed to be” even though I know for a fact that it is not how it’s supposed to be due to experience. After straightening my hair he was supposed to wash my hair again and blow dry it otherwise it just looks like a greasy mop. And he didn’t. And I asked him shouldn’t he wash my hair and blow dry it? And he said no. I even asked the assistants and they were confused as well as to why he didn’t. EVEN THOUGH I PAYED THE FULL !!RIDICULOUS!! PRICE. He seemed so rushed and kept leaving me for his other client even though I came first? After showering and blow drying my hair I realized that some evident strands were not done right and they were still curly. :) don’t waste your money like I did. If I could give them -5 stars, I would.

Very bad and unpleasant expensive experience. Went there 3 days ago and was shocked with the bad work. When I commented to the worker R, she was very rude and aggressive in her attitude. Does not recommend!

The experience in this Salon was really horrible.Especially if you are a tourist , never never go to this shop.Hair treatment charged AED 210 and they did nothing for youOnly washed your hair and gave u another small tube of hair treatment and washed your hair again( all was doing by helpers only , not by the stylist)The Dubai stylist ‘s attitude was rude as I did not buy his other serviceThis price even did not include blow dry ( AED 175)I was a frequent traveler. I did hair treatment everywhere in the world .This was ridiculous and most horrible experience in Dubai !

The owner is a thief and he will scam you - specially when he realizes you’re not a Dubai resident.The owner knows nothing about running a business, and he is simply greedy. He is rude, unprofessional, lacks simple communication skills, and argues with the customer as if hes on the streets not running a professional business. He will add extra services that you didn’t ask for, and charge you for it even if the stylist tells him not to.I could not believe that it was actually Amro himself from the way he displayed himself in such trashy unprofessional way. It’s a disappointment that I will not be coming back here because my stylist was very polite and professional.. Dont come here it is that simple unless you want to be robbed. As for my previous experiences in Mirdif branch, it was not good for makeup or hair, which forced me to go to Down Town / DAMAC branch in the branch.These results were more satisfactory and the staff were helpful with some observations such as high price and the last visit of the employee He was in a bad mood.
