Nika her attitude was so terrible. She shouted at me . Even didn’t book appointment for me when I called on 10th of august. Her job is simply taking appointments and Custemer care . If she is not good at doing it what’s her job then. She is so terrible and just wanted owner to know that this will loose her Custemers and there is no point of keeping someone like this.

They are affordable and good but the staffs dont know how to talk in a normal tone of voice. They are screaming, fighting or even talking to one another so loudly that the atmosphere is just awful and not relaxing AT ALL. The staffs are good at what they do but they need to learn some professionalism

Usually I dont like to do ratings but I got to say something about this place because They really made me feel so bad! The worst service ever, staff are very noisy fighting with each other and even teasing the clients... the service is below poor the girl taken 2 hours almost for pedicure and each nail was cut with different shape. I dont know how to manage fixing my nails before the NYE. Moreover after I finish they shock me with the price which they didnt explain clearly before they start!!!! Dont recommend at ALL !

Very worst service. The really spoiled my eyebrows and thy saying lot of stupid reasons. Thy really made a very bad today. They also charged me for the service thy not even completed. Thy made me to worry a lot. Please think twice before goin there
