Very poor customer service. They charge you extra for pickup although they say pickup in complete Dubai emirate. Tours are shorter than expected.

Great experience in the middle of the desert. When you arrive, you can get try a short camel ride (short like 50 feet shirt) but its for fun. Then they give you some starters and serve food, free buffet with nice specialties. Alcohol is not complimentary. You can also have free chicha smoke for people who like it. Overall I would advice.

Interesting place in nowhere land.... Here all the trips start driving like crazy with cars in the sand. They have to invent something to offer to their tourists in Dubai, was kind of fun.Later the evening show with dancing is standard tourist-trap stuff...Sorry I am so negative , but if you dont expect too much it is okay to do it ones in your life.

We had Shakeel as our tour guide who was great he was very funny very informative and made us feel very relaxed. The trip was such a good price and well worth it. We didnt do the buggy or quads as that wasnt part of our trip and didnt want to pay extra..being stingy!! The sand dunes were cool we had great fun being thrown around. Sand boarding was fun but not fun having a full on heart attack walking back up the hill shows how unfit I am lol... The camp for food was nice and the food was ok not really to my taste but thats me being picky. Plenty of soft drinks and unlimited. Alcohol is extra and expensive compared to uk so dont be shocked.The entertainment was good really liked the fire show but for me the belly dancer was boring again my personal choice.....we went on the camel ride which was cool but considering how fat I am it was a concern they could lift me but they managed a few steps lol no wonder they tried to spit at us after ha ha!! All in all a really good day lots of fun with a very good tour guide.

Great value for money.We had the 4 hour tour. Our guide Ali was a helpful and friendly person. He was highly skilled at dune bashing and we had a thoroughly thrilling ride in the dunes. They organized a camel ride. We also faced a sand storm and rain. The guide and his team of other drives ( drivers leave in a group to coordinate the tours for safety and backup ) stopped at scenic points for pictures and sand boarding. You have the option to buy more rides once you’re there.You can book them through the GetYourGuide app for Dubai activities.

Road accident that the driver caused himself, we waited 2 hours on the roadside while we were taken care of by another car. We missed the sunset. The manager made us believe in a refund, when we signed a document on our agreement not to lodge a complaint we were no longer paying attention. So goodbye to reimbursement.

We went on this safari with this company. Perhaps the most interesting thing that happened to us in Dubai. Their services are worth the money.

The desert safari went pretty well except that our guide was not very friendly, nonchalant enough we were not very comfortable since he called us just when we had to leave a place to another. The activity did not last as long as expected. What I did not appreciate was the fact of asking us for our reservation references in order to limit us to put 5 stars at the end on get your guide (the site on which we had booked). Maybe we were less fortunate than others, so I would recommend taking another agency that offers the same rates.

Be careful when buying the trip from here, attention to details, I bought the trip for 2 people I paid 77 € in the description write write• Mineral bottled water in the vehicle during dune bashing• BBQ buffet dinner, Tanura & Belly Dance show, henna painting, Shisha pipe, camel rides, unlimited soft drinks, tea, Arabic coffee and dates, and traditional costumes (with the 7-hour tour option)Nothing offers you what to write here, what is here is found in the offer of 7 hours that costs somewhere at 130 €. Im sorry I cant offer 0 stars
