Extremely expensive .They are charging 150 for alignment and I got alignment plus wheel balancing in 100 aed in next few lanes.Go to Arb Al Batra Tyres .. 4 people did the work in 5 minutes and charged only 100 Aed

Vincent was very knowledgeable and helped me dial in the alignment on my custom suspension.He applied proper screw torque ratings on my camber arms and took his time to get it aligned within specs.

Having bad experience lately...my last visit was absolutely shocking when I gave my car at around 7pm just for tyre rotation service and when I came back after two hours, no body had any idea why my car was parked there , because the guy who took my car didnt pass on the masage. Their service is worth a review.I drive a Honda Accord 2.0t sport which has a Michelin Primacy 4. At 20k service Honda rotated the tyres and did a pethatic balancing job. Car had vibrations and drone like noise which was not the case before getting it serviced from Honda.I knew it was the tyres from the get go. Decided to skip the trip to the dealership and to go here to get it checked and balanced.The difference was massive after I drove it post it was balanced here. They have excellent technicians which actually matters the most. Just having fancy machines without skilled people operating it makes them pointless. None the less, I could not be happier. Guys did a great job.Money well spent.

All types of tyres are available and has four bays for quick replacement and servicing. Reasonable in price and genuine products. Better to call in advance and go as it is quite busy store.

I was referred to this shop by my friends and i could clearly see the reason why.Mr vincent has done a fabulous work while keeping my requirements in mind, He heard me very calmly and with his professionalism i knew my car is in good hands, The shop has one of the best waiting area’s by the way with free wifi and calm atmosphere.

I went for wheel allignment. The work is fine but they charged 180 dhs with the offer that one more wheel allignment is free but there is a catch on that which i came to know only when i paid the bill. The catch is the wheel allignment should be done within 5000 km or 120 days whichever comes earlier which i think is unfair as virtually there will not be any requirement to do the wheel allignment within 5000 Kms.

The Philipino alignment guy Vincent is an expert. He is very comfortable adjusting camber and toe on cars with adjustable links.Sanoop the advisor always greets you with a smile.Place does get crowded so expect to spend sometime waiting and service from the other staff is not exactly great but acceptable.

I went 2places for car alignment but not solved this problem but these guys done my Audi A4 ... Yes... They done very good job... My car has no vibration after... So highly recommended..

Good service. However with the free alignment after 10000 km for the new tires, I was told that they do only wheel alignment for Toe and not for Camber/Caster for the Ford Fusion. So basically no wheel alignment service for Ford.

They ruined my car!!!! The worst experience ever!!! Very bad service!!!I took my car there 3 times for an alignment problem and after charging me the fees and paying around 1000 Dhs for changing the parts they advised me to change, they still couldnt fix the problem, AND YOUR MANAGER THERE CRASHED THE CAR WHEN TAKING IT FOR TEST DRIVE (WHICH I DIDNT AUTHORISE HIM TO DO) SO BAD IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS NOW IN THE GARAGE TO BE FIXED... AND THIS MANAGER TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ACTION, INSTEAD HE IS BEHAVING SO RUDE AND IMPOLITE WITH ME AND NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS!!!!I really dont know how such a person is put as a manager and what a shame for such a place that should be fixing cars to end up CRASHING our cars!!!Moreover, I couldnt find anyone to contact or deal with except for this manager…. isnt there any reasonable and responsible manager out there??!!

Loved the service, professional people using this shop for many years now, original and new tyres, battery and I got 1 alignment free with 1 alignment at good prices.

I had purchased 4 tyres for my Honda Pilot from this showroom and at the time of purchase promised to give 2 free rotations and the same was shown in the maintenance card. So after few months went to the showroom to do the rotation but they asked me to come later for rotation as they are busy. Today I had been to the place in the morning again advised me to come later since they are busy hence I decided to go in the evening . When I went again they told me to wait as they have other customers and it might take an hour to attend. At the time of selling the tyres they give great promises but when you visit them after wards you can see their true color. Real disappointment from this company.

Worst experience ever.They are thieves, they said they will do the alignment of my tires after installing them, unfortunately they only checked them and if I wanted to fix it I have to pay. They told me clearly that all was included in the price.Aside, more than 2 hours to do the job and an awful Manager with attitude.Check the advertising paper that they have on top of the table and read carefully the small letters... Also dont believe what they tell you before hand... All a lie to sell.

The shop tried to fraud me with tires with older Manufacturing date and didnt provide me with means to raise my complaint to the shop management. Please be very careful when dealing with them specially the business operations manager (who considers his customers to be Nothing).

Checked this place out due to good reviews but the prices are relatively high compared to other shops. Took time to get served due to the being busy so I had to drive off. Cant really blame them for being busy but there are better options out their for your tire needs.

Costumer service is not one of their strong points.. Dont expect a call back if they promise you one. Visiting them personally is marginally better. The tyre service and replacement area looks good though.

Looks like Pit stop already has too many Customers....they dont need the old and loyal ones..it was my Favorite shop for Tire Services and Oil change, Today was my second day for a simple Oil Change still wasnt done. wasted 30 mins and left without services.Their trademark excuse is manpower shortage. 3 stars for an automotive related shop in the UAE is like a 5 star, but cause the market lacks this is a good rating Id say.They have good equipment, but the tire variety isnt the best, prices arent competitive either. I went there for the equipment and cleanliness of the place.

Very Unprofessional people , first they will educate you saying these all things are needed for your car , in my case they told it is wise to have your wheel alignment done , i said i have never faced any issue , since they put this into my mind , i said lets do it , paid the money and did the alignment and after 1000 km the problems started , again got it done , again they charge , and again the issues start , the employees over there are very arrogant , their nature to customers are like as if they are last car repairing shop in Dubai . Appreciate people not going there is Qusais/AL Nahda . You can find far better than them within 2km radius .

Bought my tires for 75 Aed more thank market price and when I went back to them, they spared no expense in making more money and charging me.The tires was of really bad quality although brand new. Spoken to the manager etc.....His excuse was that they bought them at a high price so he cant help chase me for other services.
