Really disappointed, they delivered item vanity and counter , once we open box and put it in the bathrooms to install find out it was wrong color . Cabinet one color , and counter which is must be under cabinets . I have called to change the item , but sales person want us to pay for delivery 227 aed. Well I am not agree for shop mistake to pay I don’t feel this is fair . I think shop must to take responsibility for this mistake and exchange . My advice to care about your brand reputation more.P.S It took a while and been fixed by bagnodesign my issue . thank you very much , highly appreciate it !

Great selection of international brands.Check out the items that are on sale. Im sure youll pick up a few pieces that fit your needs and are easy on the wallet.Now the tricky part. Getting one of the staff to help and serve you can test your patience. Especially on weekends during peak hours.

Spoke to Francis about an issue I had with my product that I bought few years ago. She listened to me and I know I sounded angry, she got one of the TechTeam to call, Josh (I think) asked me to run a few basic tests. But I could not make them work. Francis got them replaced immediately for me to collect at the showroom. I have never received customer service like this ever in uae in 20 years. My daughter collected for me, they were perfect replacement. Francis even gave me recommendation for contractor to fit them. I am so happy with this outstanding service. I now will buy more products. Amazing experience at Bagno! I have been several times for both our bathrooms and kitchen and the staff could not be more helpful. Their knowledge for all their products is great and the quality is superb! Their guidance made the process so much easier. I definitely recommend you visit their extensive showroom as its filled with loads of inspiration.

Amazing service and products as always from Bagno Design. After 3 years all the bathroom and kitchen fittings we purchased are in great condition.Recently purchased some outdoor furniture. I was well looked after in the showroom in terms of advice and options. The service and delivery was amazing, very efficient experience with great attention to detail. When the most recent purchase was delivered the team took time and care to ensure it was unpacked, quality controlled and set up exactly where I wanted it !Cant rate Bagno highly enough :-)

Sales people should be in front at the entrance, not at the back of the store so you have to go on a search for them.Staff everywhere busy on PCs and their phones, too distracted with WhatsApp and not able to assist with anything. Too many departments and people, no one is trained enough to resolve anything without calling another person to get involved. A visit at Bagno to replace an item means dealing with 3 different staff members and running laps around the showroom from desk to desk.Plus you have items on display that arent actually available??AND they deliver, but dont install - so expect to pay extra for the plumber you need to arrange separately, even if what you bought was faulty and needed replacing. Bagno isnt prepared to install a replacement item and sells bathroom/kitchen products but cannot fit them for you.A little bit frustrating for a high end supplier

I had a horrible experience with the team here in Bagno. Particularly Dubai branch. In spite of raising complaints several times there technical team comes to take pictures, records them and then disappears. When I reach out to the Bagno team ( particularly Ramesh), they respond after a long time even after several follow ups for the technical complaint logged and after months they send technical team once again.Now they have come up with reasons such as your water is not good, your cleaning product is not good, your maintenance is not good............ . Am I suppose to change water supply ? Its unrealistic reasoning given for discoloration for several hundreds of dirhams spent on so called best product .Sad service and incomplete warranty trying to blame on water in my building. then what good is your product if it can only take water to a particular standard.My advice STAY AWAY from this brand or you ll see yourself dragging yourself to their showroom asking for replacements which will almost take ages and you are sure to be disappointed. Sure there collection is pretty but it stops there.

Very poor services, Poor management, they SayQuality and service is at the heart of Sanipex Group values But poor services, after collect advance they will say we dont have items and will take 2 months - 3 months to deliver, they dont response calls and always have excuse, they dont understand customer pain at all and customer stuck because already paid an advance, they should understand we are buying their products at the time of renovation and no any contractor will wait for 3 months to get items....my first and last purchase from BAGNODESIGN, life time bad experience...

I bought their products two and a half years ago: shower, mixers, shattaf and many others. They are supposed to have a 10 year warranty but all the steel went rusty and I sent them photos. Hoping they can sort this out so let’s seeSeparately when en I went to their showroom I asked several times about help but was left alone wandering for 15min until I had to make some noise to get attention. It’s unfortunate because they do actually have nice collectionEventually their team took my concerns seriously and I was approached by their sales team; namely Ala’a from their Abu Dhabi office and sorted out my issues. Ala’a has been extremely helpful and professional and I hope they continue on this pathAll the best

Great selection of matching Sanitary ware products plus good range of finishing tiles ranging from regular to high end finishes. Depending on the customers budget range and taste the wide variety of options and the mix and match option is ideal to experience and feel the products in realtime. The big showroom also have premium selections of landscape and outdoor furniture.

Visited First time to the Showroom and totally impressed with the wide variety & Quality of Products. Sanitary wares, Mixers, tubs, Tiles, etc..everything seems pretty amazing. Most important thing, I have noticed on their website is each and every item is priced which enables you to select according to your budget. Definitely suggest the Brand to our clients/owners.

Good product selections and colors but after sales customer service is very bad..After buying my entire home mixtures WCs and wash basins items from them and fully paid. Staff not attending calls (mobiles, landline and operator!!) for any inquiries or follow up I have always to drive to the showroom. Twice incorrect and missing items delivery.I would prefer to buy from a seller who knows knows the value of service.

A month ago I walked into Bagno Design with the sole intention of just getting some inspiration for my upcoming renovations in NZ. I was offered assistance by Mr Madu and told him of my intentions. And yet a month later I walked out having all 3 of the my bathrooms bought from Bagno Design because of him. Mr Madu gave a lot of time, patience and attention to get me what I wanted within my budget. He was sincere and communicated regularly. I would highly recommend him to other customers and to management for recognition.

I am revising my review to a 2 stars, due to incorrect delivery of several items and the strenuous efforts I had to put in for sorting it out. Still, 3 months later missing items not delivered, refund not received, Emails ignored. The products are good but available in other stores as well. Next time I would buy from a seller who knows the importance of after service. All in all save your dirhems and go to a more organised place.

The store has very nice items, however the high prices [over 1000 AED for a WC paper holder!] do not appear to provide with timely deliveries and a decent customer service. When making a call to inquire about deliveries one is bounced around like a hot potato between staff, and resulting in third person taking your number to call you back. need a lot of patience and even more money!

Best place for variety of bathroom fixtures and tiles

Bought a partition glass wall for shower in sale. Item was delivered delayed by a week and during install broke in thousand pieces. Our contractor got hurt during installation and have not seen something like this, it likely had a small crack or tension.We notified Bagnodesign and after two weeks we finally got great customer support. One of the few stores with quality after sales support.

Great place but today i visited your SZR branch around 6.30pm but found closed due to the annual party. In such cases it is good to inform the customers via sms about pre closing than normal timing (am receiving offers & promotional sms) i was disappointed after reaching there shouldering the heavy traffic.
