I bought my countertop and splashback with Porcelanosa and the products arrived on time. They have a good range of different materials and good quality. Porcelanosas contact for cutting the material wanted to charge me almost half of the cost of the stone. My contractor did the kitchen renovation in less than two weeks, including cutting and countertop installation.  Highly recommend.

Despite the quality of the tiles and kitchen being excellent, I cannot recommend this company. We have had delay after delay with deliveries and scheduled work, the company just failed to show up to fit. We were meant to have a completed kitchen the end of the first week in July, and we are still waiting for it to be completed. The appliances for the kitchen were forgotten to be ordered and we are still waiting on a fridge for the that should have been delivered on the 29th July and then last Sunday, then Thursday and then today, but once again (after us chasing) we are told maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. If you want decent service I would go elsewhere as I cannot begin to tell you the stress we have had with the service from this shop. I wish we had saved our money and gone to Dragon Mart for our tiles and IKEA for the kitchen. It is such a shame that their products are suffering because they cannot deliver on service. At this point we are ready to go and get the fridge and install it ourselves. I think the title of this post is BUYER BEWARE!

Having lived in Spain I was familiar with the Porcelanosa brand, but with so many options available in Dubai, the determining factor when I was shopping for my bathroom renovation project was the professionalism that I encountered through my sales associate Michael Garcines. The whole sales cycle, including delivery and after sales was just above expectations. I should also mention that I was in a bit of hurry with my project and not everything that I bought was in stock and they managed to coordinate the whole process including air cargo extremely smoothly. I have attached the picture of my new guest bathroom, end to end through Porcelanosa.

Beautiful tiles selection. Ms. Janit was very helpful and always follows up! The manager was also present there himself and he made sure i was satisfied with the service and order.

The address listed on here is incorrect. Spent an hour driving around but was able to find it by looking closely at a picture someone else posted. Found it in google maps by searching te La Veranda Home & Garden. Ladies we’re very helpful even though we got here near closing time.
