Always happy to be going back to Abu Ali for a cut. Great service and his attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommended.

Had excellent hair coloring & basic hair cut experience, two thumbs up. However dont go for risky cuts like a pixie or angled bob where more technical experience required.

After nearly 40 years, I’ve had my fair share of hair styles and numerous hair stylists but I’ve finally found someone who pays attention to the detail and uniqueness of my hair.Abu Ali at Loft Mudon is the man. Quiet, focused and consistent, he’s the guy I’ll always go back to.

I have been coming to Abu ali and he is great, today I was told that will be relocated to Dubai malls branch, I think the company needs to take into consideration the customer used to the mudo location and have Abu Ali come 1 or 2 days a week to Mudons branch..I will bebthe first customer you lose if he leaves for good.

The best Barber in UAE and probably one of the best in the World!I went a month ago as my barber was sick and I usually never change but this time I had no choice. Before I decided to go I called on the phone and asked who is the best barber they had and the lady told me to try Hossam. I was not comfortable going to a different place as my hair and beard are super difficult and on top of that I am a perfectionist, which does not help. Hossam or Abu Ali how everyone knows him did my hair and beard to such a perfection that even I could not believe and from the first time. The guy is an Artist not a barber! The moment you see the technique he uses and the eye for detail he has you would be amazed. I highly recommend Abu Ali in The Loft Fifth Avenue Mudon, if you try, you will never ever want to change.Vassil Lazarov

Overpriced and not worth it. What is worse, is that the mens barber does Not observe covid-safe practices. He uses the same brush on the customer face, without evidently disinfecting it!! No supervision by mgmt if the salon on what they do!!!

Mens pedicure is amazing especially by Ms. Royce. She does a great job!

Service through all Loft salons are good and measurably the same. Some of Lofts best hairdressers are based here, in my opinion. Mudon however has a space problem and customers bump each other when the chair is turned for any reason, which downgrades the experience.

Great place! Fast service.Nails polish used Essie (which is pretty good quality) plenty of colour selection.Haircut + blow dry was done in a blink. It is one of the best hair saloons in dubai and affordable!

I visited The Loft Mudon today and had a great experience. The barber was very professional and gave me a really great shave and the products they used felt refreshing. Really recommend this place!

Doesnt even deserve a star. Worst services, Michelle burned me during my under-arm waxing and it wasn’t better for upper-lip and eyebrows cleaning.I didnt feel my inherited skin until I got home, I applied cream then I noticed that I had lots of small swells.

Loved the service! My stylist was very friendly, made me feel welcome, asked and listened to my ideas but was informative and ready to give me advice when I asked. Everyone in the salon was also very friendly and I can say all the stylists there have an amazing talent because of the before and after hairstyles and colors I saw while I was there. I would highly recommend them, they are masters in their field. Thank you all very much.

I came here for the first time on the recommendation of my friend and wasnt disappointed. I had hair trim, and the girl did a great job. She took time to listen to what I wanted and discussed all the possibilities with me. Staff also offered a coffee and magazines right away and everyone around me was very nice.

The one in Dubai mall is my favorite there are good colorists .I sometimes go to the one in Golden mile.I sent my friend there this afternoon ,unfortunately the colorist didnt know anything she kept asking others for advice . My friend spent 3 h ,even the blow dry was not done properly . Please give a good course to your staff .Hair colorist are very important.. It isnt a good publicity for your saloons

Excellent manicure but not such a great pedicure. Very friendly staff who appeared to have more than one job to do at a time. Asked if I wanted a drink, but it never appeared.

Recently moved to the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall.Been there 3 times all for hair cut, the 1st visit was great and I was allocated a skilled hairdresser, but the next two visits really ruined my first impression. The hairdressers didnt seem to know what they are doing, not sure if they are the nail artists who was forced to cut my hair... they dont even dry my hair properly.Considering the price, its service is really below average.

Nice look to barbershop is a deception of unhygienic practice. Clippers were not cleaned between clients, barber had hair all over his clothes and I got a nasty scalp infection after my haircut - needed antibiotics. Terrible experience

Was asked if I would like a coffee which never came. Fastest haircut I have ever had with zero conversation, not even a “how is your day?”. Both barbers seemed preoccupied with something other than their job. Got home to find in his haste that the barber had scratched the area around my eyebrows so I look like a boxer. Perhaps that is why it was empty. If I was the owner I would not be impressed. I am not a complainer but this was quite an experience.

I went there for waxing and booked one day before. They did not tell me that the lady who did waxing was not there and waited me too long. I did not like the stuffs attitude and do not prefer to go there anymore!

I hate the service, I wished they gave me an Asian Stylist. During application of shampoo on my Hair, it was so quick and I didnt feel the massage to which I experienced in other salon. When they do the Blow dry, she didnt try to be careful, I felt that hotness all over my face and too much heat in my scalp, I felt I was burning. . I haTE it..

Thought that the haircut and beard trim were good value for money, would defiantly return

Not good at all..service depends on which country you are from..very disappointed.I visited there yesterday evening for haircut andThe guy was rude and not polite and even onThe process he took other client and asked me to gel my hair own my own after shampoo.they charged me 105 dhs which is ok but not worth for this service.dont get your haircut done with the longhair guy even if you really have to go there you will be feeling insulted 😞..
