Bad cutting, no worth to spend, no longer go there. The hairdresser doesn’t speak English. He is Egyptian. He claimed that he works at the shop for 4 years. Horrible cutting. He touched my head so hard, he didn’t use proper scissors. He didn’t even know how to proper cut. I had to show him my previous hair style again and again. I paid AED85 for just cutting and quick hair wash. I was disappointed and will no long go there.If you have to pay this much and got this as a result, you better go for Indian/Pakistani barber shop. They cut better and a 4 times cheaper. Seriously.

It was so bad. I showed a barber my previous picture that I want to have the same length and the same hair style. He cut it way too short and still claimed that it is not short at all. He must be blind. I dont recommend anyone to cut their hair there.

Great shop all around. Ahmed is the best ! He pays very close attention to detail for both hair and beard. Cut exactly how I wanted it - but even better. Highly recommended. 100% satisfied.

I go here regularly to get my beard trimmed and was quite content for the last two years. But recently, i came here for a usual trim and was disappointed.i basically requested the on duty barber to even out the beard ( i currently sport a full beard) but salvaging the density of my beard as much as possible. But the person trimmed it down to half its thickness. Not being an expert at barber- work I didnt realise until it was done. it is frustrating and disappointing since i have pushed back by a month in terms of beard fullnesssad very bad hiw standards and accuracy of expectations have fallen .. that too for a salon which is pretty pricey

The best saloon in the area.. actually i have very bad haircut back home in Canada and i just moved few weeks in Dubai. i did not know that we have such lovely saloon just next door. it was really done professionally by Ahmed he is supper and he knows what he is doing !! very recommended if you want to shine in your birthday party !! please ask about Ahmed:)

This is my 3rd visit to be honest I was not 100% satisfied on my recent 2 visits but last week in fact got to know Ahmed he has a real golden hand, usually I have the same hair style for almost many years and he encourage me to change it and guess what its extremely super he definitely made my day to be honest he is super … talks less work more very recommended ask for Ahmed

Best barber ever seen in my life comfortable and they have vip area

Horribly run place where nobody cares about the customer experience or coherent service. This was my second visit here, I came for a regular haircut. The whole cut lasted less than 10 minutes with the barber seemingly eager to get rid of me. Despite having gel in my hair, he didnt bother washing it or asking to wash it. Instead he just sprayed water on it and got on with it. Once he was done with the haircut, he combed the hair and decided that I was done. His idea of a barber shop service worth AED85 was to cut my hair and then send me on my way with a mix of gel and chopped hair on my head. Not even a blow dry. Why open a barber shop in an expensive location if you dont care about customer experience?

The haircut is fair. However, for the price (85AED), I would expect the Barbers to be above average and accommodating. Instead, they tend to give a standard treatment and are reluctant to personalise the haircut when asked.

They have this way to welcome the guests which made me feel a bit afraid and uncomfortable!Once you step in the shop, someone who is supposed to be the host will jump in front of you to welcome you and ask if you have an appointment and what would you like to do today!It was my first visit... and when i asked the barber if the reason of this weird welcoming, he told me its the management instructions! Maybe you should give more space to the guest to get in and feel more comfortable before doing that :)
