The barbers in this salon do not wear a mask appropriately. I went in requesting for hair cut and by seeing the Covid protocols they follow I had run out.

Amazing parlor Mr. Abdalla, in Mira branch, he was very kind with our little boy, and did a cute hair cut.

We went for a haircut for our 3.5 years old. He has a sensory disorder. Although we mentioned this, the barber was not gentle at all. We had to mention a couple of times but with no change from him. Our son ended up crying. Terrible experience. They should not offer haircut for toddlers if they are not specialised.

Was a very bad experience , don’t recommend for anybody. The barber shop, townsquare brand have a very bad client care, the attendant was arrogant and unprofessional . I asked before how much was the cost for the HAIR cut with machine and she told me 25 dhs, which it’s ok, when I was about to pay, she changed me 65, its one of the most expensive hair cut in the world for 2 minutes machine work, doesn’t worth for sure, I don’t recommend this place for anyone!

So at 11:30 I called up to make an appointment which I was provided with my requested barber, arriving 10min early I waited outside the shop, social distancing and all that. Seeing that the client in the chair was finished I walked over just before my appointment. Without asking who I was I wasn’t even greeted and just pointed towards another barber. I said hi and that I had an appointment with a specific barber for 13:30, without listening to me and only hearing the barbers name I was told I was 4th in line, I reiterated that I had an appointment. I was simply told sorry and that the other person (who wasn’t even in the seat yet) was late and that it’s his fault. They said I was next and asked if it was okay, my reply was no but that I didn’t seem to have a choice. While waiting a lady came over and said there are 2 in front of me as it was a father and son and reiterated it was their fault to which I said how is that my problem. Late clients are rewarded by being accommodated while clients that are on time are asked to wait, which as I’m typing this has already been 35min. Truly disappointing that this is the second time this has happened.

Amazing service and professional hair stylists - i have visited most of the top hair saloons in Dubai until i met Mr Ali in the Arabian Ranches Branch. He convinced me to change my hair style and was great idea to change to another hair cut to fit my face shape. You need to know the rules of Ali before having your hair cut “ Dont tell him what to do, because he wont listen ... he will do the best haircut to fit your face.” I highly recommend to visit this branch. Being an expat here in Dubai it is always a nightmare to find your hair stylist away from your home.

To be honest this is one of the top rated barber shops I’ve been to. Been here in dubai for 25 years and with no doubt this shop has the best barber in town, Ali (ask for him when you get to the shop and you’ll be amazed of how good he is) . The best in town !

Abdullah from Lebanon is great. He understands the customers needs, takes his customers personally, and is passionate about hair dressing. I told him I have a job interview coming up and he gave me an excellent, appropriate cut. The prices are not cheap, but not outragous like other shops in the malls etc. The shop itself is clean, not overly hipster, and has a nice classy feel. I dont really have any complaints, except I will suggest they make a loyalty card to keep us customers excited.

Ahh, love this place. Pricertainly is decent, 60 dirhams for a cut. Been going here ever since it opened and they always do a bang up job! Cant recommend enough.PS also the crew are hilarious and have a good time with eachother whilst doing their jobs. Love it!
