Very unprofessional, the shop was dirty, the barber didnt listen about what kind of haircut I want. Touching his phone and money and then touching my face. Not recommended.

The hairdressers are very good, especially Masry, and my haircut was great. But the customer service is not up to scratch. The lady who works at reception has very unprofessional phone manner and poor customer service. She seems to have real trouble understanding the concept of making appointments in advance over the phone.

Slim gharbi is the best here! Really nice guy and have a big talent in hair cut!
