Highly unprofessional with just premium rates applied .The number they display for pre booking is as good as nothing. They will confirm your booking and then once you visit the store - they will say no professional available and to come later .Why then give number to book when its of no use ? Seriously?Just consider them as a normal salon - nothing premium about it and highly unprofessional!
