The place was well designed, staff was friendly and accommodating. Wasnt the best overall cut but it did the job. It was a bit pricey as well so that’s why I didnt rate it higher

It was my first time to visit this cosy yet very posh salon at the town centre mall at jumeira. It was a very pampering experience. I visited there before going to work. The service I opted for was a haircut and setting my beard. My barber my a very kind, warm and friendly gentleman called Joe from Lebanon, who was an expert in his craft. He completely transformed me at after my session. In between my hair cut and beard trim, i was also offered a small break along with coffee & cookies. Being from a hospitality background myself it was a great feeling to know that Joe was very genuinely concerned about my comfort and experience. Hand Sanitisers were readily available across the salon and after every customer leaves they sanitse all the equipment and the chairs etc which was very reassuring to see. The manager was a very friendly person called Sufi, he was there around throughout my 1hour at the Salon, constantly checking up on me on how things are. All in all i definitely recommend this brand for their level of service, expertise and high quality products that they use. Great Experience.

I went for a haircut on Sat morning, it was my first haircut at a barber since lock down and had I a great experience.They were already doing a great job in keeping the place clean and sterilizing everything but Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

I got Cape & Fade recommend by a friend, and I was not disappointed. The salon looks great and the staff is both friendly and professional. I was received with a great cup of espresso and introduced to my stylist. I had a haircut and an express facial. During this my stylist explained what he was doing and gave me advise. Very friendly and knowledgable. I am definitely coming back again - new favorite place in Dubai. I would recommend anybody to try this at least once (you will get hooked like me)

The barber Mohsen is the best i have dealt with he knows what you want and remembers you from the first visit.Highly recommended.

Visited earlier today and a Lebanese gentleman was very professional. The hygiene levels were of an extremely high standard and the cost was reasonable. Definitely return.
