Alright, so, I’m a wedding photographer. I carry a lot of weight and stress on my shoulders, sometimes for more than 12 hours a day. Naturally, I went for a head, neck, and shoulders massage.The ambiance of the place was relaxing, with warm, earthy tones reminding you of home. There’s a bit of coffee smell that’s energizing and relaxing at the same time.I was led to the massage area upstairs. It was a closed room, all quiet, warm, and relaxing. Sandy, my masseuse for the night, proceeded to erase some years worth of stress from me! The service was excellent, and the staff are real friendly.One little tidbit I would have really liked is some soft blues & jazz music, but the feeling of your stress going away is music to my ears enough, too.

Reminds you of a high-end premium barbers in Los Angeles! Imad is my go-to barber with 10+ years of experience - oozes with confidence and does the job perfect every time! Ask reception for any promotions going and its highly worth it:- tea and coffee served throughout- head massage while shampooing is very peaceful and relaxing- face towels and all-sorts are all part of this brilliant service- years ago I had blade 0 fades, and now keeping my hair healthy at shoulder length - they cater all hair type and styles!

I was shocked by overcharged for just a beard trim AED75, I believe I was cheated. Additionally they did not explain the additional charge. This is nothing but a scam. Not honest people and i would never comeback again, and if you ever go their for any reason, just make sure what your going to be charge upfront, because they will miss lead you. I would stay away from this place definitely.

I was holding a Groupon voucher full package, and the barber added a beard shave which he did not explain the charges. Upon check out the overcharged me AED75 for bird trimming, the most expensive bird shave in my entire life. I call this is a scam or a trick.Guys just be careful if you ever go their, make sure you ask before any additional service.I will never comeback agin.

My stylist Maddy or Madi was a very nice and warm guy. We made some nice conversation about the current situation in his home country of Algeria.Even the helper who washed and did my hair Treatment was a sweet Filipino guy.They offered beverage.The environment was nice.Coming to the haircut and beard style,I had showed Maddy the exact picture of what I wanted to achieve.In all fairness, I would say he tried his best given the quality of my hair and beard.Still, I can honestly say Ive had a better outcome at other saloons who have been able to achieve my desired result.Kindly treat this review as a positive feedback but also there is scope of improvement to have better results for the customer.

I made an appointment at 11am and was confirmed the day before. When I get there at 11 the shop is closed and no one answered the phone. I was outside for 30 mins and there was no sign of the store opening. They never called back to check and when I called the lady who answered was very inconsiderate and unhelpful claiming it wasnt her who confirmed the time and lied about the shop opening at 11.15 today. In top of this is the money wasted to get there all the way from marina and more importantly the time and not an once of sympathy was shown and not a solatary Im sorry even as empty as that would have been. Obviously i wouldnt give the one star of I had the choice to a shop that doesnt open on time and lies to its customers. Good luck with the business cause youll definitely need it.

This place is a complete disaster and authorities should close it down!I went for a simple back shave with the razor and left with a back full of blood and many marks. Although I was doing that for 10 years and never had a single drop of blood because I don’t have a sensitive skin.What happened is that the Filipino guy who was doing it forgot to use his common sense literally because he was using the razor in the wrong way and even though it was painful I didn’t realise I was covered in blood! What drives me crazy is that he never stopped when there was blood. He finished till the end! I was laying down on my stomach and I didn’t see anything. It was painful and I asked him if he was using the razor in the right way but he didn’t even comment!I’m currently under a treatment to heal because it’s a large part and I swear if it doesn’t get better soon they will be very unhappy with my reaction!
