I just go there for my favorite barber. But the ambience of the shop could be focused more on the customer. Seems too relaxed and not customer focused. Barbers are great but you need to work on customer service and professionalism!

Horrible experience and waste of my valuable time leaving work to come to an appointment only to be told the barber is on leave after they asked me to come on a specific time. Staff are confused and dont deal positively with customers, and they are not welcoming. Their barber should communicate better speaking to the customers

The staff need to be more better In they way how they treat the costumer the guy who cut my hair maybe he stopped 4 times to answer his phone and this is not right and who cut my beard was like fighting with my face moved left and right with all his power and last thing if I want to went to the barber I should pay 10 dhs down for parking that’s not fair

Very bad barber shop in dubai and who are working also bad

Place looks nice but I had a cut with mostafa, and he ruined my hair, told him I want a low drop fade and he made it high and uneven from both sides, one side higher than the other with some lines that are so obvious, my friends noticed that my haircut was so uneven and laughed at it cuz it looked that bad.

Professional stuff if you’re looking for a fresh cut this is the place to be. Clean an sanitized.
