Not a good place for watching sports. The view is obstructed by several poles, and they have seating right in front of the screen, blocking the view for the rest of the room. Beef burger is delicious, chicken burger is bland. Large portions, and 2 for 1 on entertainer. Staff is a little bit rude. Manager said we didnt have a reservation, even though I had received an email confirmation. They also place different parties at the same tables to fit in more people.

Offside is a great neighbourhood bistro to catch a drink or two and to watch some games on the many screens. Unfortunately the food quality has deteriorated. There are less choices, portions have reduced and prices gone up. Check out our recent visit last Friday; the pork ribs does not look like one and the excuse is that the portion has always been like this 200gm since covid?! So pork ribs lovers beware!

Great bar for showing sports. Not so great as it used to be as VERY limited menu. Also used to to a great deal of 5 vouchers for AED150 for Stella and you could use 1 voucher on food. This deal is no longer available which is very disappointing.

Love this bar. Its had a refurb since it was Gerders and looks great. It has a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

For people here in Dubai they know it as Girders garden... And things have changed towards better... There is a huge sitting area so the comfort its amazing. I know due to Corona now many of the places are having less employees but having only one bartender and one waiter during the day its struggle for the guest. It was not busy at the time we went they had around 7 tables as we went in the mid day... And they have the best calamari rings in Dubai... Definitely going back 😊

A good vibe, with a spacious outdoor area. Some good entertainment inside with large screens and a pool table. Happy hour had a good range of drinks to choose from. My only downside for this is there wasnt anywhere on the premises that were smoke free.

Love thus place, they have the perfect crispy calamary and Tiger beer, I love it. Staff is very kindly and professional, they remember clients and their food preferences

The outdoor area was not that goodThe waiter was rude and said that we need to spend 200 aed per person if we want to seat, when before that another one said that you can order whatever you want and there was no price limit.They are trying to rob people.Order nachos and it was not good at all , almost like i qas eating a soup, there was too much liquid in there and the nachos became so sogy.

This sports bar is in the JAOcean View hotel. We.really enjoy going there and especially love the smoked pork rib with a beer.

Out of all of the sports bars in Dubai the Offside bar is superb. Plenty of screens, great service a good selection of drinks and the atmosphere is very good.

Am amazing sports bar with a grate scenery of the beach dubai... Drinks here are cheap and the staff are amazing... if your on a budget I will recommend you to come at this place every time u wanna have a nice time and not spending a lot of money!!!

If you want to drink a lot of beer for not bad price(they have not bad offers for buckets or for 5 pint), but ready to meet with slowly service, servers who dont wear their masks properly, not wearing gloves and touching glasses on its top - you are all welcome.The place by itself - look nice - good terrace, big tv screens for football lovers.But thats it.

One of my favorite bars in JBR! You can have fun with friends playing pool, darts, etc. And yes, they have the biggest screen to watch games live. The prices are ok, also you can buy a bucket of beers if you want, the bad thing is that they close too early, but still the vibes of the place is awesome.

Came to watch Utd Vs PSG and the manager told us playing music was more important than having the commentary of the game on! Cant rate it highly enough. Always a great atmosphere, reasonably-priced food & drink deals, attentive staff & one of the cheapest (& LONGEST!) brunches around! Also, along with the many TV screens around the venue, they have one of the biggest screens in the area, showing all major sporting events...!!

I went 31st night and closing time security hit come to and talk talk to me rudely and should be manager first give call last drinks but no one . But i have ignored because new year and I went today again same storer Bar manager drinking alcohol and security same guy rude . So this place I don’t know what msg going one . If this place meets to survive they have to change management and specaily security man .Deepak

From the moment I walked in I knew I was home. Visited for the first time last Thursday(August 1st). Great Ambience, service and very respectable staff. The prices are very fair compared to other outlets Ive visited. This is definitely my new chill spot and Ill always recommend it to others. Keep up the good work!

SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Waited like 10min for someone to catch our attention, finally had to leave the table and ask for menu at the bar.Food is really good here and Ill definitely be coming back for the steak & the lamb chops. They have huge screen showing football as well & a grill station

Offside (ex girders garden) is a great bar and we have been going there for years, however they are slipping on brunch ! Brunch on Friday’s is for drinking, socializing, great food and above all music. Usually offside/girders have the best DJ in Dubai :-) but lately they have been canceling the DJ in favor of showing a sports match :-0 BIG MISTAKE. The result is only 4 people for brunch this week ! We now call and check if they have a DJ and if not, we go somewhere else now. Offside is a great place, it just needs to be managed better.

After being regular customer for years we were told to watch the main game (big screen) WITHOUT commentary, not to disturb other customers!! In a very, very rude and careless way.Note, 4 people in the bar besides our table. It was a hilarious argument. What kind of sport bar??the new management is extremely bad, arrogant and it is killing the bar which is getting emptier and emptier. Was much better when it was Girders.

Great atmosphere, great food and amazing staff! I loved this place! We went several times on our recent holiday and always enjoyed our experience. We tried lots of different items on the menu and I’d recommend that everyone try the steaks and the beef brisket. The staff are fantastic, Tony is a great bar tender and remembered us every night and knew our favourites! Afi was our waitress several times, she was great, so attentive and constantly checked if we needed anything and made sure we were enjoying our meals. She was great fun to chat to and we really miss her now we’re back! Raj also was lovely, he gave great service every time and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. He offered us recommendations and made great suggestions from the menu. We also miss him and hope he’s there when we visit again!Thank you to the whole team who made our holiday special

Great great great bar, loads of screens to watch sport especially when Wales play. Staff really good and the food is nice. Its very open so you dont feel squashed in. The beer prices are the some all over Dudai not cheap, so recommend this bar.👍👍

Went with family and friends for Friday brunch. Really good but if honest expected more food !! Free flowing bar for the duration which is what I think people really go for. The food was nice that we had but you are given dishes rather than help yourself from a buffet. Great dj and music and really good atmosphere.

The idea of brunch for a while in places like these were all about the alcohol which is quite pointless for a person like me who does not drink and I honestly was not looking forward to their brunch on Friday.BUT!!!! When i got there I was quite surprised by the variety and quality of food being provided here!Amazing but it would pose problem for the CHICKENARIANS as there was no dish with chicken here but the dessert was amazing!Friendly and engaging crowd and staff.
